Very good facility & services, recomended for stay guys... I have good experience especially for the staff, all young & always smile and walmer welcome

I attended their royal style dinner served in a sultan’s palace. Their hostess Silvia read the courses and gave the history. There was a procession of royally dressed servers. elegance and fun. You got into the way of life of a sultan!!! Silvia did a great job representing her culture and the hotel she works for. Like an ambassador! This was the most interesting part, but the service by all of the employees was stellar.

A good hotel with excellent service and strategic location, mall just next to the hotel. The breakfast a lot of choices cuisine with fresh food and beverages. The room so clean with balcony to enjoy the view from the room. Definitely will come back to stay here.

The hotel was well placed for any travel needs, the people were outstandingly friendly and helpful, and the facilities were spotless and well appointed. I couldn't have asked for a better place to bed down and rest after some busy days!

Close to large shopping mall. Nice sized comfortable room. Good selection and quality breakfast. Friendly staff. Swimming pool and children’s playground directly behind but not a problem. Seemed mainly Nannys entertaining their responsibilities. Nice stay overall.

This hotel is very beautiful and the room is also very nice and clean. We arrived evening, then went to straight to the Royal Lounge, the service is outstanding. We have Deby Tika here served us for the entire evening and she provided lots of information of the Jogja, also explained us the history of the hotel. Her service is the plus. We are coming to celebrate our anniversary and this hotel is really over meeting our expectations, and we so happy that we made booking at this hotel. We will definitely come back for future stay.

The luxury experience come from the lobby until the hotel room. the kids club is also amazing. and the food for the breakfast is very delicious. not forget the ambient is balanced between the traditional of Yogyakarta and the luxurious five star hotel

It was a good stay, the balcony was really nice. I got free welcome drinks in the minibar and the breakfast was really amazing with a lot of tasty varieties. The hotel reception staff was very friendly and helpful.

We have been visiting Jogjakarta for a couple of days and the experience was great! Tika our waitress at the wonderful roof garden was so friendly and welcoming that we could find all the support and hospitality we may dream of. Wonderful experience for all of us! We will surely come again soon with our friends and family. Jogjakarta is a beautiful city, but you need a nest to stay safe after the long day out visiting temples and other places….the hotel and Tika are your safe space!

Great value hotel with friendly reception staff who are always willing to help (Awalia,Agnes,Mellin,Tika,Imron, ,Kevin,Angga,Rahma(concierge) This hotel was by far the highlight of our holiday in yogyakarta.The members of staff at Restaurant staff (Rahmat,Lina,Vella,Rita,Putri, Kris, Jaka)were helpful and understanding to our needs . We had a great stay and enjoyed the friendly service and buffet breakfast. The morning breakfast service was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savoury foods to indulge in, as well as fresh fruits and juices. The staff at Punika Deli (Titi,Liana,Dania,Pandu)they are awesome, always bring us nice atmosphere. The room that we had stayed in was clean and well kept at all times (Nova, Satria), thank you always made our room clean n tidy. would come back to the hotel in my future endeavors to Yogyakarta,as it made my few days holiday with my family extra special. I would highly recommend it and, in my humble opinion, I would give it 10/10.

Had a great time in this historic hotel. Room had a Gorgeous view of Mt Merapi. Must not miss the Patehan experience handled by the everhelpful Mba Lina. Breakfast was wonderful. Always served deligently by Ms Ade. Will definitely come again.
