The activities listed under hotel is not available. Even the swimming pool half is under renovation. Their breakfast has very poor options. Toilet flush is not working, sink water stuck, aircon spoilt. Over all I would
Never go back there and never recommend anyone to go there. Their photos can be very deceiving.

Hotel wasn’t horrible but I just think I came at wrong time. Hotel needs a little renovation done to brighten up pool areas. They were a bit run down. While I was staying there I barely had hot water. And when water did work the pressure was low. Besides that, the room was pretty clean and modern.
The service staff were good. The door man and door people were friendly.
They had a nice gym with almost every machine,a spa, mini ****** and a restaurant in the building. You can get your laundry done for very cheap in tower 2 of the building.
Overall it was decent if you are passing through cebu.
The location is pretty good because you are next to a lot in city. But it is very busy when you exit hotel.

The request for make up rm was not responded. The staff keep on ignoring our request. The house keeper just get the used towel, that we used for 3 days to save water. But until now they did not gave us replacement towel. How poor the service are. I will not stay here anymore.

Location was great. Nearby to entertain outlets and massage shops. Very clean lobby and spacious room. I got an upgrade I think. Got 2 comfy beds even though I was alone. The troublesome part is that I stayed on a high floor and have to do a lift transfer. All the attractions the hotel has to offer is closed. For upgrading I was told. And the ****** was mediocre. But the room was great.
