Place can use and upgrade.
Overall it was a good stay, I hated the parking having to ring the bell to get in and out of the lot.

Once again I proved to myself that a trip to Spain is worthless, specially Madrid.
I paid 12 Euros more for a room with breakfast, and all I was offered was 1 coffee, 1 orange juice and old croissant; I declined the croissant and asked for another coffee and was told NO. It was a blaming game between ********** and hotel front desk, but no one took ownership that €12 for a coffee and an orange juice is like being robbed on my face, but hey that’s Spain! I also paid €20 for an early check-in to have the housekeeper getting into the room twice, but the room doesn’t provide a Do Not Disturb sign, and hotel would not give me a double bed room unless I’d pay another €5. Terrible experience.

My daughter age 10 and myself really enjoyed our stay. Only problem was the language barrier as no one spoke English. The hotel did not provide tourist attraction service and had to book yourself. Breakfast is very limited in option. But very clean and tidy rooms with beautiful views from window.

Clean and cozy rooms, very well connected, very good quality/price ratio and also very notable, the exquisite and attentive treatment received by the hotel staff, especially by Mario (reception manager).

The worst hotel I have stayed in in Spain. It does not have lunch or dinner service, only breakfast but in a place that is too small. The rooms are not equipped to accommodate guests. The shower in the rooms does not have a good drain and becomes puddled. They do not refund the reservation money.

The 3* Hotel Galaico is the worst I have ever been to. In room 115 the bathroom flooded because in the shower the drain could not absorb the water. Room 120 smaller than the previous one for two people and room 237 larger than the previous ones but very cold (more expensive rate). There is no restaurant to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is a fifteen minute walk from the central street of Villalba (it is located in Villalba not in Collado-Villalba). I do not recommend it under any circumstances. They do not have a complaint form and they do not refund your money if you decide to cancel your stay. Thank you

Hotel in very good condition regarding bedroom and bathroom furniture. The stay was good. However, as we were on the 3rd floor with greater exposure to the Sun, there was excess heat and there was no good air conditioning in the room. We had to open the window and even then it only got cold at night. The bathroom was quite good, although there was only a tall shower. No chance of telephone shower. The service was very friendly and welcoming. Simple but good breakfast. Toast machine made annoying squeaking noise
