The room was clean and nice. I wish they had more variation with the breakfast other than that I wish they would enforce the no smoking policy. The guess that we’re staying in the room next to mine started smoking and my room filled with smoke and smell. I called front desk and they moved me to another room. It was some what inconvenient because I was all unpacked.

Basic, clean, helpful staff, good value. Traveling mid-week with a trailer. On arrival discovered very limited space to park and very tight turnarounds. Eventually with the helpful desk worker got situated. Highway noise and thin walls between rooms made the stay a little noisy.

It looked nice on the outside, but the inside of my room was disgusting! And so was the water pressure in the shower, it was very low! I wont stay there again!

I was very satisfying with all the accommodations. Also I would like to mention the very friendly and helpful staff.

Property was a bit loud when we arrived and noticed our room had not been cleaned thoroughly. Blood droplets on tub, hair around edge of toilet bowel and large area of wiped up blood on bathroom floor. Appeared room had only received cleaning a service to sleeping area and no attention was given bathroom area.

The walls are too thin. You can hear the people in the room making loud moans. Very uncomfortable being woken up at 3 in the morning to that. And the people above us walked so hard it sounded like someone was bowling.

The only issue i really had were the walls were thin. You could hear the people on eaither side of you. And alot dont take that into account. I feel like if the hotel isnt sold out dont put people right next to each other space them out so you dont have to hear the other people. And i did talk to the front desk and they said to let them know and they would let them know to keep it down. But maybe they should sound proof the rooms better or again not put people right next to each other. It was good for what we needed. But i probly wont stay at another microhotel again.

Check-in representative was vert nice, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this place

No complaints at all. Everything exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be staying there again in the future.

When we made the reservation It said dogs welcomed and no where on the site did it say that dogs could only be there 2 days. We booked for the whole week. After 2 nights, we had to pack up and find a different hotel because they wouldn’t let us stay any longer. Mind you we also had a 5 month old baby with us. They were rude when we said it didn’t say anything about dogs only being there for 2 days. And told us “oh well, figure it out.” I will NEVER come back here.

Asked for an end room on the third floor and got one! Less noise and no one walking around on a floor above. Bed is comfortable. Heater worked great. Clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Able to plug in to charge my hybrid car outside the back entrance!

This was a great place to stop and rest while travelling with our dogs. The room was comfortable and roomy. Kendra was wonderful and other staff very friendly.

Although the staff was efficient, they lacked in customer service attitude.

Needs better customer service. I called an hour ahead of my arrival around 1pm to ask for early check-in and the desk person just said, "I don't know if this is possible, don't know if room will be cleaned by then, I can't promise you anything" with an attitude. So I left it at that. Once we arrived we checked in and my goodness, was she so moody, no customer service skills whatsoever! She was so rude. (she's the one with the tattoos) We were so incredibly shocked at her rudeness because we've stayed there before and it was completely different from this stay. Then, someone next door to our room had extremely loud music all day. This stay was very disappointing.
