Beautiful resort in the Colorado mountains. Loved that there are separate areas for adults only and also family friendly areas.
The only complaints were Direct TV did not work in our room most of the stay (weather was good), coffee machine in room did not work properly and the ice machine in building did not work at all.
The spa area and pools were fabulous and employees were courteous and attentive.

Scenic, decent accommodation, cliffside rooms could have been more updated but it worked just fine for a night. We went into BV for most meals, easy 15 minute drive.

We have stayed here many times and enjoyed it but this time our room smelled of smoke and it was really uncomfortable to sleep in. There were no other rooms so we just accepted it but not happy about the condition.

Stayed on hillside and had a beautiful veiw. It snowed on our trip but didn’t stop us from enjoying the hot springs. A wonderful experience..

The views from the room were great. Checking in seemed to be an annoyance to the girl behind the counter. First time and the last to this hotel. Getting there at night was difficult. Not knowing the area was not easy for us retired folk. The room carpet was old. The bathroom was dated and not clean. The hot water for the bathtub was just warm. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The food isn’t that great , a bit pricey. Would love to see more simple breakfast options everything seemed too sweet specially the desserts for dinner too.

Overall pleased with the stay and would come again. It would have been nice to have the beds made and the room freshened up at this price point but not a big deal. The parking areas for the hot springs could use some lighting and I think the elevated walkway next to the creek really should have a hand rail. Everything else 100% met my needs.

Cabin we rented was very bad quality. You could here everything in entire house while you sitting in a room. No room service at all. Hot springs are ok, but never stay there overnight. We stayed there for 3 nights and staying experience was terrible. Plus they charged us $150 more than they were supposed to charge. Avoid staying there!
