I can't find the photo in the house, but it is very clean. The homestay is relatively new. It is suitable for couples to live on the two floors. It feels good. The water heater in the house needs to be inserted now. The flowers and cakes are set for the anniversary. The packaged meals can be heated in the microwave oven the next day.

The furnishings seemed a little old but they were clean and the service was fine. The location is great. The breakfast was only okay. The big selling point of this hotel is the location. Short walk from a subway, South lake park and Gulin lu. If the refurbished and put some more care I to the breakfast this hotel would be well above the standard.

Check in was longer and with problems. The staff do not find the reservation. I showed my booking from ctrip. But they didn't believe. This is not acceptable from a 5 star hotel. Inadequate staff. The WC doesn't.work good. There are no power outlets on the side of the bed. The room was spacious and nice.

The lobby is very grand and has the characteristics of Shangri-La Fan Yuwen and Jinyu at the front desk are particularly enthusiastic and polite. Manager Guo Nannan and Tang Yue are friendly and smiling. The concierge in red clothes in the lobby also took the initiative to provide me with services. The environment is good.
