對於預訂的房間沒有進行免費升級，是認可的。
但次日原房續住，被要求換房間。這件事情來講，對於客户的體驗感，真的很差。
一年有一半的時間都是在出差，住酒店。升級過很多房間，續住仍然會以訂房價格，或當日價格進行收費，並不會按照升級的房型進行收費。首先預訂接單，沒有對應的房源，是酒店方的責任。就像我預訂的房間含早餐，我不去吃，不會要求退餐費，是我自己不去吃，我的責任。
第一次遇到續住後被要求換房。😂
從理來講，我今天住的房源是什麼房間就應該去住什麼房間。
但服務業講的就是服務體驗感和舒適度。起床換房，換卡，一系列的流程。可以説是很差的居住感受。上週住了一週，這周住了兩天。後續是否還會選擇這個酒店，就會是個問好。

酒店房間乾淨衞生，早餐豐富，前台美女服務態度非常好，房間安靜舒適，而且早上起來可以看到對面的湖景，沒次出差都選擇這裏

對得起從市區特地跑去住，房間舒服乾淨很好很好很好，下次去合肥還會再住在這裏，不會踩雷，但就是有一點點小小的遠沒開車就算了

新酒店，設施完備，房間挺大，一樓的接待大廳也不錯。隔壁有個肯德基，方便孩子了小鎮上吃點什麼也不錯！缺點是離市區有點遠！

酒店位於崗集鎮中心，有餐飲、沐足等配套設施。裝修很新。
離金湖公園500米，適合早晚運動。
酒店早餐品種多樣，味道不錯。
價格不高，整體性價比高，值得推薦。

這個月來住的第三次了，每次來合肥玩都喜歡住這個酒店,這次是來看老薛演唱會的，正好朋友在這邊，雖然離市區遠一點，但是樓下吃的很多打車也方便，而且這個價格在市區根本住不到這麼好的，景色美
