房間很大，視野好，打開門就能看到湘江，作為民宿衞生還不錯，老闆人很好，服務熱情，交通也便利，在書院路白沙路口，樓下就是天寶兄弟，對面就是有名的宵夜地-冬瓜山

假日有点差強人意，系統提示2点入住，2点到了里面有有房客在住未退房，只能出去附近先吃饭等，入住后投影机器有问题看不了，前面退房晚可能打扫的仓促，卫生间异味好大,风景还可以將就一晚吧，

新開的民宿，人員不足，服務跟不上，房間裏沒有放飲用瓶裝水和廁所手紙（可能是遺忘了吧），説好的停車有優惠30元，結果出來的時候收了50元的停車費（12個小時）。

地理位置好，樓上就能看到橘子洲，房間非常乾淨。樓下就是東山夜市，可以吃到好吃的。離湖南一師城南書院，江邊步行就能到。

江景很好，可以直接看到江，樓下就是小吃街，離五一廣場也很近，坐地鐵很方便，出門就是公交站台，房東也很熱情，事情解決的很及時，下次來還住這裏😁😁😁

乾淨衞生，床很舒服，房間有大投影、小朋友看動畫片很開心，熱水很大，樓下憑卡按電梯很安全。
交通便利，樓下就是天寶兄弟，早餐可以在一樓的麥當勞，過馬路正對面是冬瓜山小吃，湘江對面是橘子洲景區（步行20分鐘），距離3號地鐵口步行600米（10分鐘）。
