The overall feeling of the hotel is pretty good. The rooms are spacious and bright, with complete facilities. There is a free parking lot downstairs. There is a lot of space. 房型挺大的，隔音效果還可以，設備比較新，建議按照一個可移動的梳粧鏡，方便近視人羣化粧，不然都要自己往前傾，將臉懟到洗漱台鏡子那裡

酒店西南面正對虞山，前台有免費現磨咖啡。我住的是山景房，房間面積夠大，雖是智能家居，呼叫“hello華住”無法控制燈光和窗簾，衹能對話、播放音樂。酒店附近吃飯的地方不多，但酒店提供收費餐飲。早餐味道不錯，特別是“星程那碗麪”值得品嚐，配上素雞和雪菜後的口味在酒店早餐麪條中也屬上乘，但不是常熟炒澆麪。自助洗衣沒有機會使用，對差旅人士幫助很大。
