The rooms are very good, private and independent, very Southeast Asian holiday style. The hot spring is good but the temperature is not hot enough. The service is attentive, and the hotel restaurant dishes are also available. The room price is really not cheap, and a vacation is good. There is nothing to play around, but the hotel's own park

1.前台态度不佳，清明假期第一天早上11点到酒店，当时有几组客人录续要办理checkin,但接待前台明明有2-3个人却只有1个人会办理登记；后来，ㄧ直没收到发送的奇趣谷短信，向前台反饋還不耐煩，結果是前台看錯數字號碼😡
顺带一提，隔壁的奇趣谷除了门票是附带的，其余几乎所有的项目都要额外付费，还有很多项目不是没开就是在整修…
2.号称温泉酒店，结果入住当晚9点晚饭回来准备要泡汤，水放了都是凉的，大约30几度，打客房店话向前台询问得到「因为今天园区订房全满，这时间正是用温泉的高峰，建议10点后再泡」，11点多再去看水还是凉的，微信問卻又说是水管坏了抢修中，付了贵贵的房费搞到早上才能泡汤，感觉很差
3.早餐也没有太多选择，菜色就一般，连基本的儿童麦片都没有提供。不过要特别赞扬的就是大门开电瓶车的服务员们，很亲切态度很好，当晚外出晚餐回到酒店雨很大也没见他们态度不好，接送我们进去时提醒小孩小心不要淋湿
总结，之後要去的朋友们要慎重考虑！！！

可能春節入住客人多，衞生做的沒那麼到位，室外椅子上有不少落葉、房間地毯也有污漬。除此之外一切滿意！服務態度好、連保潔、司機、奇趣谷工作人員都很熱情，賓至如歸。酒店很美，原生態，空氣清新，到處是花香。吃的不貴，上菜慢了點。下次爭取體驗一下樹屋！

住的是樹屋，有一個大院子，院內躺椅、休閑卡座、温泉並配有淋浴房。
拾梯而上，進門二樓是沙發、衞生間、盥洗台、浴室等。
三樓是卧室，床大且舒服，配有泡茶桌和茶具，水果和飲料免費。
服務很好，小蔡熱情細心。酒店裡麪電瓶車隨叫隨到。
旁邊是奇趣谷，可以帶小朋友玩。
餐飲一般。
如果一樓卡座附近有電源，可以燒水泡茶就更好了。

環境舒適適合帶孩子來玩，周邊的遊樂孩子很喜歡，晚上在酒店陽台吹風特別舒服，特別要提一下酒店的電瓶車接送，司機都很熱情而且一呼就到，非常周到。

酒店的整體環境挺好的，園林風格，非常適合慢生活休閑渡假，服務很好，園區內遇到服務員，都會主動熱情打招呼，酒店範圍較大，出行電話總枱，即會派電瓶車接送，客房是庭院小別墅式的，較為整潔寬敞，入住有歡迎水果，夜間有小甜湯，挺暖心的，有贈送奇趣谷門票及一些遊玩項目，房間的温泉不熱，房價還是比較高。

服務：服務最好的是接送開車的工作人員. 最糟糕的是餐館，晚餐在園內吃，能説現炒岀來的都是冷的菜，肯定是炒着放那，吃着滿嘴都怪怪的.早餐也不好，吃最多是小米配油條和榨菜. 希望你們可以改進吃的，要不然2000多一晚體驗真不好.
