Atour X Hotel Changzhou Jintan District Government

This is my first time to write a negative review. I have stayed at so many Atour hotels across the country, and this one has the worst experience. This shower room is neither rectangular nor square. The shower room is already very small, and there is a wall in the middle. I was tired after a day of National Day fun and planned to go to the hotel to take a bath. If I was giving a bath to my child, I would We had to stand on the wall. In the end, we didn't even take a shower. There is still a dripping sound from the air vent of the air conditioner. I don’t know if there are no permanent residents, but the sink is actually rusty. When we came, we arrived at the hotel before another guest, but they upgraded the room type. When we arrived, the room was fully booked and we could not change to this room. I originally booked another night and planned to stay another night, but I was really not in the mood and checked out directly. Spending 500 yuan to live here, to be honest, I am not satisfied. Although we cannot change rooms, we should still have the right to express our opinions.

酒店的軟硬件都很不錯，前台接待的小姐姐小哥哥都對流程和設備非常熟悉，我們兩個房間入住辦理不到5分鐘，還貼心的告知了酒店其他設施位置和開放時間。 湖景套房相當寬敞，可以很清楚的看到前方的錢資湖，無任何遮擋。客廳也很寬敞，可以和家人朋友一起小酌打牌。浴缸十分乾淨，出水快。最重要客房的衞生都做的非常好，穿着襪子走在地上也沒有臟。整個入住相當滿意。 錢資湖的公園綠化很好，值得去走一走。餐飲的話可以去附近的吾悦廣場，選擇很多。

這家亞朵的奉茶服務非常好，大廳竹居書很多，借閲方便。不管在哪裡遇到酒店服務人員都會熱情的問好，房間乾淨衞生，無異味，枕頭很舒服，隔音很好，電視很大。房間還有無線充電和小度。很智能哦。一樓洗衣房洗衣服很方便，晚上九點半還有深夜粥道。退房前台小姐姐還熱情的給拿了一瓶水，很不錯的入住體驗，強烈推薦。

房間特別大，酒店所處的地理位置風景不錯 前台服務態度很好，提供免費的停車場 免費洗衣服服務下次一定會再次打卡

住了三晚幾木湖景套房，窗外風景優美，非常開揚，房內暖氣可調，對於不習慣用暖氣的可轉為吹風換氣，加上開一點兒窗便可。美中不足是手機投屏連不上，可能需要用內地專應用程式才可，浪費了這房型的賣點
