Central City Hotel

The staff members were super friendly! The location was very good, close to the bus station as well as the old town. The only downside was the toilet door. It is not a one that you can close properly and therefore you won't get too much privacy.

What amazing service! We arrived late and check in was closed. But Olga left clear instructions to get to our room. Breakfast was great also with fresh pastries and delicious yogurt. The hotel is well located steps away from the harbour and in the middle of the shopping district. Highly recommend

I would recommend this property to anyone who is traveling to Chinia Crete! It's in a perfect location for clubs, stores, shops, beaches and restaurants. Staff was amazing and so helpful. 10/10 recommended to anyone traveling to Crete!

We had a lovely stay at Central City Hotel. Very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Right in the heart of Chania with plenty to see walking distance. Will definitely love to visit again in the near future.

This hotel is one in a million. My wife and I stayed there in early May and can’t say enough good things about it. It’s in a great location, the rooms are spotless, the beds are comfortable and the included breakfast was excellent. Everyone who worked at the hotel was great, but especially Olga, who recommended restaurants, places to visit and really made sure we had a great time in Chania.

We had a great time and the staff was suuper nice! They were so helpful and had a lot of great recommendations for us. We have nothing negative to say about our stay. Felt so welcomed, definitely coming back!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in September. The location is perfect, near the port but not too close, and a quick walk ~3-4 min to the bus station. Lots of food and an ATM nearby (alpha bank). I felt completely safe walking around late at night. The rooms are sleek and clean, hot water, good wifi. Good lighting. The best part of the hotel, however, is the staff, especially Olga. She is a kind and wonderful host, who really put a lot of thought into how to make my stay in Crete wonderful. From advising on where to eat for my specific needs, to what kind of shoes to wear to do certain hikes. Her enthusiasm for Chania is contagious. I hope that the hotel management realizes how lucky they are to have her and that they pay her well--she deserves it. The night staff was also kind and helpful, I just forget her name ;) I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Parking tip: I parked for free at "avea old factory" which should show up in your gps. It was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, but worth it given that it was free and easy to park in.

We have never had as much hospitality and warmth as here! The staff (Olga) was exceptional and there for every need of ours. Thanks a million for going over and beyond to help make our stay unforgettable! This was on the top of the list of best stays ever! In addition, the hotel is at a great location with so clean and neat rooms. Strongly recommended!

The hotel it's just amazing. Situated in the heart of Chania, close to everything you need for an amazing vacation! Enven though is situated in the middle of the town, it's also quiet. It's very clean and well orgagnized. But, what i loved the most, is Olga, the perfect lady at the reception. She helps you with everything you dreamed of. Thank you for making us the perfect vacation!
