The best hotel in Chaoyang 🏨 without one P1⃣️Hotel🏨 appearance P2⃣️-P7⃣️Hotel lobby and room P8⃣️-P1⃣️3⃣️ hotel restaurant P1⃣️4⃣️-P1⃣️6⃣️ overlooks the city’s scenery. 🏠Room facilities: The rooms are well-equipped, and the decoration style is very classic [strong], but very elegant, which is my favorite style [hey ha]. The floor height of the room is 3.5 meters high? Living will not be very depressing. 🍠🍑Breakfast: The restaurant is more beautiful, and the variety of food is the most complete in Chaoyang, compared to several hotels with the same star in Chaoyang. Transportation 🚗: various stations and airports, take a taxi directly (a map of certain Germany), no more than 20 yuan, more than 20 is estimated to be a pit, public transportation is too inconvenient, and there are few. 🏖🏔Room landscape: The river view room is still very beautiful when the weather is good. You can see the whole city (reference photo), and the night view at night is also very beautiful (not pictured).

I didn’t report too much hope after reading the reviews. I took the children and the elderly for a stroll, but in fact I thought it was really good. There were no problems in the rooms I stayed in, and the staff were very enthusiastic, and the view of the room It’s open and there is a place where children can play in the water. It’s just a matter of not including breakfast. In the end, you have to choose the set menu with breakfast.

Very satisfied with a stay, worthy of the evaluation of a five-star hotel. The rooms are comfortable, clean and hygienic. Especially the bathtub is very comfortable. The breakfast is very rich, although my appetite is not very good. The room has a wide view and convenient transportation.

This is the second time I have stayed, which is enough to show the recognition of all aspects of the hotel. The hotel’s architectural decoration is high-end and magnificent. Only from the lobby decoration, it can be seen that its intention is to integrate ethnic style and local cultural resources with wood, jade, etc., with outstanding features and exquisiteness. The rooms are large in size and the windows are large, and the curtains open and close automatically. The bedding is of good quality, comfortable and clean. There are parking lots in the courtyard and underground. Breakfast is rich, and lunch and dinner have barbecue, shabu-shabu, and stir-fry.

辦理入住時前台服務態度很差。房間很大，Wi-Fi信號特別差，沒有護髮素和身體乳。訂單説送汗蒸，結果也沒送，早餐還行，種類還算多，品質一般。二樓香宮餐廳，餐位費每人十元，連茶都沒有，是喝白水，菜品定價感覺小貴，味道還不錯。

酒店的地下停車場竟然收費 而且沒有任何告知 酒店預訂訊息也寫的免費停車場 酒店給的理由是有外面的車蹭車位 然後就所有車都收費 這不是應該加強管理來解決嗎？為什麼讓顧客買單 ？我從沒住過要交停車費的酒店 跟酒店反饋也沒有下文 三年來每次來朝陽都住這裏 這次很失望 原本要多住幾天的 直接退房走了 管理人員無能的做法 前台態度倒是不錯説很多客人反應 但是他們沒辦法 我衹能説你們管理層的決定真的很可笑

本次入住不是特別愉快，當天由於回老家辦事所以到店已經接近19：00，衹有低樓層（預訂時已備註高樓層），到房間一看床位尺寸與描述不符（介紹説2米特大床），而且以前住過大床房，床位比較大。本次房間大床估計衹有1.8米左右，打電話詢問前台，前台理直氣壯説肯定是2米大床，後測量為不足2米，客房經理到現場解釋原有雙床挪走換的大床，尺寸肯定有出入，並於第二日給予調房。第二日遲遲未接到通知調房，果斷決定換酒店。酒店在解決問題的過程中態度消極，無人跟進。

五一出行住了兩晚，據説鳳凰國際算是朝陽市比較好的酒店了，但是這衞生間的衞生也太一般了吧！洗個澡淋浴房外面全是水，最重要的是五一那幾天都將近30度了連空調都沒有！這配套設施都比不上連鎖酒店

入住鳳凰國際，首先説説位置，大淩河邊，在酒店就可以俯瞰淩河景色，酒店服務很好，門口保安師傅耐心指導停車位置。住宿贈送一張温泉票，温泉一般。酒店的中餐廳服務很好，幾個小姐姐有求必應。
