Property is really nice. It looks renewed and very comfortable. Service was awful. The worst experience I have ever had. Room of 4 , 2 adults 2 kids only two towels. Asked for more at 9am, nobody ever delivered them. Shower wasn't heating up and couldn't get it to come out from the main shower head. They never made our room, with bathroom damped because of shower. Next room had trash on the door that was never picked up. I would recommend the facilities only if they change all their service.

There staff was friendly. However there was trash in the ice bucket. Left over candy in the drawers. The room kind of smelled. There was candy wrappers on floor close to the bed.

I wanted to let you know of our horrible experience. We had reservations for a two night stay. We got there and were told there were no rooms available! How does that happen? This is a huge inconvenience and very unprofessional and unacceptable. Especially when if we had canceled we would have not gotten our money back. Therefore that room should be ours no matter when we check in or if we don’t check in at all. It was not right that we had nowhere to stay and had to drive around and call other hotels to find somewhere else.

First room was not cleaned and the toilet was backed up. Second room was run down and not the cleanest either. Unfortunately the best part was the breakfast and that’s still not saying much.

Everything was excellent as always this is our third stay in six months.. only down this time was housekeeping was obviously backed up and we had to ask for washcloths and toilet paper as we had none.. they provided what we needed and apologized for the delays we were satisfied with the cleanliness and condition overall.

No towels, no toiletries We asked for towels several times Our room smelled awful, musky, just had this awful stench. There were crumbs on the bed when we got there. Under the pillow, under the comforter,’crumbs everywhere. We asked for someone to come clean several times. We waited hours for a towel. We were asking every thirty minutes. Finally got four close to midnight.

We had a reservation, but they said they were over booked so we had to wait an hour for our room. We’ve stayed here 2 other times with no issues

The staff in the Kitchen were excellent. For breakfast, it’ll be good to have different kinds of fruits such as blueberries, cantaloupe and grapes.

No towels, bath mat ,trash bags, soap or hand towels in room when checked in. Went to front desk and they could only find 1 towels and nothing else. 2 guys on a business trip and no towels or soap. Phones not working either

Visiting in the area and came in off the street to get a room , Night manager said nothing avalable , we go to ******* and book a room at same facility go back in hotel to check in and Voilaa there is a room available , then the people behind is walk in off the street and get a room as well. Staff seem to hold / hide rooms for personal use or gain. Not a good check in experience . Also not all the room outlets and power ports worked .

It seemed like they were short staffed especially in getting breakfast done. Both days they opened late and left cleaning supplies on counters.

First room 203 had an odor moved to room 221desk lamp missing from room, ceiling peeling. Other than that we slept well.

Property overbooked and just canceled our approved reservation thru *******. Fortunately, ******* got us a room 10 minutes away, Hampton Inn, and matched the price. So ******* did their job, put should confirm with properties they so confirmed reservations are not cancelled without notice.

The actual hotel is nice, in a good location, and comfortable. The staff that check us in was a headache. He 'did not realize' that i already prepaid for two rooms for two nights. So when my friend checked in, he took her card not only for the incidental deposit, but charged her for a night. Then when we checked in 30 minutes later he realized that the rooms were already paid for. He stated that he would have to wait for a manager for the return. The next night he said the same thing, but some reason charged our card for another night. Did not realize until after check out that he charged us again. Check out person was nice but noticed no notes about our return like there was suppose to be. Called two days later and was told the manger was in a meeting. They told my friend there was no manger at that location and she had to call corporate for a refund. The hotel did call me back for our card number for the refund. They told us both that the incidental hold takes 6 weeks to drop off, which seems excessive. Definitely a headache dealing with. That same check in guy also told us the wrong times for breakfast and we overheard him telling another couple the wrong times as well. We also were just handed keys with no room number and had to ask him to actually tell us what room we were in. Thankful the rooms were clean, modern, and overall nice. The shower did have some spots they missed while cleaning, but overall not bad. It is close to downtown and South park which is a plus.
