I am very disappointed, they gave us a dirty, dusty smelly room😒

The hotel is nice but I do recommend that if you’re going to stay at this hotel please make sure you check the Spectrum event calendar. There was a big concert and the area was very very loud and congested all night. We had trouble sleeping from the loud music.

Unfortunately, the parking was $55 for the day. I guess there are other garages that are cheaper, but it was not made clear to me, and I even called about it. Directions to the hotels specific parking garage for $20 would be very helpful.

My only problem was that there were no wash rags in the room upon my arrival. I did not notice it and when I got ready to shower, I made the discovery! They did not have any available and I had to wait!

I stayed at Springhill suites when I recently traveled to Charlotte for a conference. I stayed in a king suite in the 13 floor facing the city. I am so glad I choose this hotel. I had never been to Charlotte and really didn't know what to expect. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast is included and available each morning. I highly recommend if you are traveling for work.

Hotel was average with the biggest problems being cleanliness and lighting/bathroom issues. The staff was friendly and breakfast was pretty good. Lighting in the room was not good. The light that actually gave off good light was the bathroom and its door was glass so if this light had to be turned on at night it lit the room up. Also the door wasn’t exactly see through but you could see a pretty revealing silhouette. Room has some small dirt and trash in it as well.

We had tickets to the Hornets and the Spectrum Center was just across the street! The Hotel was excellent; our suite was perfect for 5people and the free breakfast was the best!

One night stay for an event at Spectrum Center across the street. No issues at all until trying to retrieve our vehicle from valet. Waited in the lobby nearly two hours just for our vehicle. It seemed they had a bit of a mess going on from the evening before and we are patient people but a little more concern shown would’ve went a long way. Other than this, checking in was quick and easy. Access to the Spectrum Center was right across the street. Lots of restaurants and train access within walking distance. Room comfortable and clean. Overall, a decent experience but the Valet management needs some better communication.

My wife and I stayed here for our 8yr wedding anniversary and we truly loved our room! The city view from the 13th floor over looking the Spectrum Center was beautiful!!! The room was very clean, breakfast was on point and the eating area was very spacious. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting the Queen City.

After leaving my credit card was charged over $300 for charges that should never have been charged. Valet, I didn't drive and another night's charge, after I pre-paid for my room in advance. When I called, they immediately credited my account but it appeared to be their normal procedure, to charge guests' cards. If I hadn't called, you would have $300 of my money for no reason. It appeared to be a scam.

Hotel was very clean. Great location across the street from the Spectrum Center. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I don’t usually do reviews, but this hotel had the friendliest staff and it was extremely clean! I also thought it was reasonably priced for the location. We just walked right across the street to the Spectrum Center.

The customer service was good. We asked for towels and they were brought up quickly. The breakfast was good and there were several options. The only concerns were the cleanliness of the room. The floor was not vacuumed as well as there were food crumbs around the room. Also, the valet driver adjusted my mirror and changed my seating position for what I’d assume was a 30-60 second drive to the parking lot. I was not happy about this. Other than that, I would give them an average 3 star rating.

This hotel was within walking distance to every sporting event we attended. All the employees were very nice. The hotel was very clean and we enjoyed our service at the bar.
