After a business trip, a friend introduced this hotel. I felt very good after arriving. The beautiful Xiao Xiao at the front desk was warm and thoughtful. She introduced room facilities and equipment, surrounding scenic spots and special snacks. She was patient, good service, and the room was large, comfortable and clean. 住過最差的“四星酒店”，開房時候服務員貼心的和我説，為我升級到了不臨街的房，結果窗外是小區，在施工，從早到晚的電鑽聲啊。其次，所有設施臟到我不敢洗澡不敢睡覺，毛巾是洗不出來的污黃，帶着黃色斑塊，沙發，被子都是不知名液體幹了的印記，房間的窗户黏膩到看不清外面。所有服務人員全程都是懵逼的狀態，問啥都是可能大概差不多，可能平時衹有本地人才來吧。

最垃圾的酒店沒有之一，成縣藍天大酒店。住一次終生難忘，得一身病。不是自身體質好，要犧牲到這邊。床單被罩硬的不行，多年不換，一看就不乾淨。睡覺不能脱衣服，真噁心死了。

這是我住酒店最差的一次體驗。環境衞生如圖，前台和酒店大廳經理牛的不行，當時提出想換房因為靠路太吵，三四十歲的女經理頭也不抬説我們沒房，説話氛圍嚴肅到其他前台都不敢説話。看不起一百多塊的住户就別開這個價格啊，在那裡拽什麼拽，一個酒店經理人生巔峯了是不。
很戲劇，退房之後發現你們衹收了一天房費，前台一直打電話要補，我作為消費者就這劣質的服務和環境給三百都算多，這種管理這種態度活該有這種情況出現。剩下三百多讓那個三四十歲的女經理去補，不是不把消費者放眼裡嗎，你肯定也不缺錢吧？該賠！
