首先這次入住的體驗感超級差，網上預訂的，上午八點多過去，説是沒有房間，下午兩點後才能入住，沒有房間網上幹嘛不下架，不説明一下，然後我們就走了，打了攜程客服後，讓預訂116的，原來定的是88的，估計是看着特惠房不給開吧，前台服務態度也不好，説是116的有房間，因為我們是外地的，開了一夜的車，實在不想出去找了，就又回了酒店定了116的，結果打開門一看和原來網上定的88的房間一模一樣，根本不是116的房間，這不就是明顯的拿着116的價錢給我還是開了88的房間，前後幾分鐘，接着就有房間了？再就是衞生方面，廁所裏垃圾桶都不換，全是上個客人的紙，馬桶臟的不像樣子，一看就是好久沒刷了，全是黃漬，越看越噁心，空調動靜大的根本睡不好，轟隆轟隆的響，床頭的燈閃的眼疼，昏暗昏暗的，總體來説，體驗感相當的差勁！

酒店非常好，服務也是不錯的，性價比很高哦！附近好多吃的店，但是大西北地區，大部分都是西北麪館😋房間的設施也不錯的，還有過濾飲水龍頭。空調也很好，但是晚上有點涼，不需要開空調。

設施：設施很齊全。沒有任何損壞。
衞生：衞生真是不錯，每天早上阿姨都會打掃衞生，（訂的是兩天兩夜）中午回來的時候一看，非常整潔，看的人非常舒心，疲憊一下子就沒有。
環境：壞境是槓槓的，非常好，對面就是萬德金街
服務：前台小姐姐可温柔了，可美麗，而且很耐心ye
