這次承德旅遊，我在住盛華酒店2天時間（8月19～20日）。我是在攜程網上訂的單人間房。
第一天酒店給我升級大床（1002），晚上樓下施工，噪音無法入睡，一晚沒有休息好。第二天，我要求調換房間，換到單人間房。這個單人間房（604），與網上看到房照片不一樣。電視機收看頻道與房間頻道指南不一致，有些頻道看不到，waf信號不穩定。房間電話打不通。
今天早上7點左右，我需要抽紙，房間電話無法接上服務枱。我衹好通過攜程網與酒店聯繫，告訴我用2271188與酒店聯繫，結果這個電話根本打不通。我4次打電話請攜程網與酒店聯繫，請他們給604房送抽紙，一會機器人來了，機器人死機無法取得抽紙，我又聯繫，請服務員來，服務員也沒來。最後，我衹有自己下樓，到服務枱，請求他們送紙。就這麼個問題，需要這麼折騰嗎？才能解決嗎？這就是我一個老頭子，要求一包抽紙的故事。希望酒店經理有耐心看看。
我衹能低評。

趕緊提升改造一下，完全不值四🌟這個價格，除了大堂看着還光鮮亮麗點，地理位置方便點，房間設施老舊，還好衹住一晚中轉。

給朋友定了5間房，居然説其中一間沒早餐，其中是標間一個人住，兩份早餐，我的訂單和你係統都很明確，朋友在聯繫不到我的情況下，勉強交涉了一張早餐券，事兒不大，但凸顯了管理和服務水平，欠一份也就罷了，居然還説沒有？這等同於耍賴！
