The hotel is located in the center of Chengdu, with a convenient location. There is Line 4 just outside the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The front desk Xiao Qin was very enthusiastic and invited me to participate in the lucky wheel event in the lobby. I was very happy. The check-in procedure was also very fast and professional. GSM Manager Yang provided considerate service and introduced the food near the hotel. This hotel is especially suitable for family trips. There are parent-child rooms to choose from. When I left the hotel, I was given a souvenir. I was very happy!

The hotel is located in the central business district, very close to the subway station, and only a few minutes' walk to the subway entrance. The room facilities are complete, and the service staff is of high quality, especially Xiao Li at the front desk, who helped me to participate in the lucky draw and enthusiastically introduced the hot pot restaurant near the hotel. The room attendants delivered things in a timely manner and their attitude was also very good.

Clean and comfortable. There is afternoon tea, breakfast is delicious, and the service attitude is good. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance. It is also close to places to visit. I really like Chengdu. I will definitely go there again next time if I have the chance.

Traveling alone, for safety, I specially found a four-star 🌟 hotel. First of all, the location of the hotel is very good. You can reach Wenshu Monastery, Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road within walking distance. The transportation to Wuhou Temple, Du Fu Thatched Cottage and Jiuyan Bridge is also very convenient. The room I checked in on the first day and the bathtub in the bathroom were inconvenient. I asked the front desk if I could change to another room. The shower would be more convenient. The front desk was very considerate and upgraded my room for free. I sprained my ankle, so the front desk prepared Yunnan Baiyao. When I checked out, I went to return the medicine. The lady at the front desk was really attentive and asked me if my ankle was better. She was worried that it would be inconvenient for me, so she specially asked me to take the Yunnan Baiyao with me. It’s really heartwarming🥰. And I really like the hotel’s coffee☕️cups, which are simple and exquisite. I usually only drink black coffee. The coffee provided by the hotel is also black coffee, mate, and sugar. They are all individually packaged. I really like it. What’s more, I came back very late from Jiuzhaigou on the first day of check-in. The hotel also provided exquisite late-night snacks, so I didn’t go hungry when I was tired, which was really great. The accommodation experience is particularly good. It's a pity that I didn't experience the afternoon tea service provided by the hotel. ☕️
