一直覺得酈灣酒店很不錯，整個酒店都是薰衣草的味道，前台小姐姐服務熱情。早餐豐富新鮮，特別要點贊前台工作的董小源小姐姐，熱情大方，免費升級了房間，還贈送了水果，贊一個！

因為娃兒高考在附近所以選擇了這家酒店，完全超出預期。首先有專人黃應華跟進，幾次去酒店參觀，都帶我看，不厭其煩。知道小朋友參加高考，還特意準備了牛奶，眼罩，耳塞，護眼枱燈等物品。完全超出預期，有驚喜到我。酒店設施設備齊全，給我免費升級了一個家庭房，裏面1個大床，2個小床，非常方便我們一家三口。孩子在裏面學習，可以不被打擾。酒店服務真的太棒了，以後有機會肯定還會入住的！

到茶店子附近出差預訂的，酒店衞生非常乾淨，預訂後有人主動聯繫，酒店距離蜀西路主幹道很近，出行方便。酒店大廳乾淨漂亮，人員很精神，樓上遇到人員也主動打招呼。早餐不錯，床睡着很舒服。房間乾淨整潔，非常不錯的一次體驗。尤其感謝杜娟，離店後發現東西落在酒店了，主動聯繫並郵寄，非常滿意。。。下次有機會再來。。。

這家酒店的生意還挺好的，訂的時候衹有標間了，入住辦理時前台的小美員工不光服務態度非常好，還給我們升級了行政雙床和贈送早餐。房間也是整潔明亮，乾淨衞生，個人覺得整體不錯。

説實話跟預期的差距很大，酒店燈光非常昏暗，説是設計就是那樣的😅，定的1.8和1.5的床，剛入住，給的是三張1.35的床，因為帶動小孩，那麼小的床，小孩肯定會掉下來，湊合一晚，第二天換了原定的房間，結果因為潮濕，小孩和大人身上大面積的疹子，半夜三四點叫的**送葯，因為從來沒有過這樣出疹子，去找前台，前台也是愛答不理，總之體驗感不好，服務和價格不成正比。
