挺好的，離體育場館特別近，步行不到半小時就能到，樓下一圈都是小吃街，各種各樣吃的很豐富，當時選的時候就是為了看演唱會方便，房間比想象中面積大，乾淨衞生，衞生間做了乾濕分離，一出門路對面就是天街，又能逛商場還能吃好吃的 贊

在鳳凰山住的最奇葩的一個酒店，因為每當比賽日都會在那邊開酒店，我們辦理的是提前4小時入住，我們到店時間是下午2點，酒店方告知我們客人剛退房，還沒有打掃出來，讓我們等了半個小時，這都能理解。但是今天我們退房，前台客服打電話通知，你們要在12點半前退房，我就納悶了，我們訂房的時候就開了延遲退房的服務，而且停車還收了我16元，現在都在抵制日貨，你們還用農夫山泉，下次不要用了！我也不會在來住了，畢竟周邊幾十家都是酒店！

為看學友演唱會而選的酒店，離演唱會場地比較近，走路就能到。樓下很多吃的、喝的，離酒店不遠，還有商業區，很方便。
