Nice location, rooms are little old and not that much maintained properly. Limited breakfast buffet options however food quality is good

The rooms shown in the mm t app is a double bed, when they assign a room they give two single bed. After much deliberation they gave me a queen size bed. The food in the restaurant meenam is below average.

Very unprofessional and lazy staff. Not a good experience. The food was good but the room service, housekeeping and even reception did not care about hosting their guests.

As per my room the toilet facility was not good, the drainage was not working properly otherwise room service and bed facility and breakfast was good

The rooms were clean and kept in a good manner. Amenities provided were of good quality. Food ordered from room service was not to my liking maybe added instructions with your order will help in customized it to your taste. Breakfast server was of really good quality and delicious. Staff was very nice and welcoming

Very poor Breakfast , service is very poor ,and no Telivison channels is working. Telling them but no response, all person in every ware talking only Tamil only on reception is ok
