Taj is all about Luxury and hospitality and Taj club house chennai also feels the same.

Great hotel, clean, comfortable and in a very convenient location. Breakfast was lovely however service could be improved - often waited to have order taken. Would definitely recommend.

Very simple nice and welcoming with warm prompt response to most of the requests.
Food is good but can be better. Lack of warmth and proactive response is there in restaurant.

The property requires upgrading.
We stayed for long time and multiple times . They could have easily ungraded to the next level given they had rooms . But the didn’t do it. It shows they not customer friendly/loyal.

Amazing property and very clean room. Right from the entrance.. it was very organized. Loved the stay.
Sristhi was so helpful at the reception,
John and Jason in bar and restaurant was amazing.
Overall a great place to stay ❤️❤️❤️

Hidden gem though low key, has all the trappings of a great place to stay. Handy to pretty much everything. Food there is to die for. All in all, strongly recommend.

The staff at the check-in desk failed to mention all the important details of our stay like the timing for morning buffet, and the details regarding our dinner venue etc.
