Great spot to stay if you’re in the Cherokee/Bryson City area. Right across the street from Harrahs.

Upon entering our room, we noticed the bed was broken, but they immediately came and fixed it. Everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is in desperate need of remodeling. The rooms smell bad and no central AC unit. The breakfast was average, I will definitely not stay here again.

Check in time was at 3pm and I went there at 3:30 pm but still the room was not ready and had to wait some time.

Went to a concert at the casiono. It was a VERY easy walk, right across the street with cossealks right in front of the hotel. It was closer than the ******s parking garage. Breakfast was good. Check in/out was easy. Front drek was plesant. Shower pressure was great. Bed was extremely comfortable. Stayed one night on a date night, would def stay again on a couples night or with the family.

Everything was great, the negative was the hotel didn’t have any usb charging ports in our and friends room. I was prepared so it didn’t matter but it did to our friends.

We came for one night for the Polar Express. Hotel was very clean and quiet. We slept well and were comfortable.

Love the amenities like using dove products in the bathroom. The door key pad is very dated. It took us a few try to enter the room. The free breakfast was decent but scrambled eggs is made from powdered eggs which isn’t good for you.

We had a problem checking in, the rooms bathroom door was hard to close, the shower was not working properly, kids stomping on floors above ys

This place was nice and clean but so noisy. We had to leave the tv on at night to drown out the noise of other guests. Housekeeping was not nice about us asking for more towels. Only interaction we had was with the front desk. They were great
