Weekend stay with wonderbox box. We were pleasantly impressed by the courtesy, kindness and professionalism during check in and check out. Room and bathroom with window frames and shutters a little dated and certainly in need of repair. Returning to the room in the evening we found that the toilet paper was running out in the bathroom and not even an extra roll had been added after the classic cleaning that is carried out daily; moreover, as shown in the photos, on the table in the room next to the personal effects were left spray bottle and rag to clean .. really very unhygienic. The professionalism manifested during check-in dropped drastically when, pointing out the lack of toilet paper and bringing the sprayer and rag back to reception, the staff did not even deign to apologize, on behalf of the structure, for the shortcomings listed above. Pity...

Very dated but nice and colorful hotel, very kind reception lady and excellent breakfast, one note: the cold room! The radiator in the bathroom was off but once turned on it warmed up well and the air conditioner in the room was set at 20 ° but although we tried to raise it to 25 ° and then even 30 °, the temperature did not move, luckily the duvet on the bed !

We stayed two nights at this hotel in Chianciano Terme using a Smartbox. Quiet area, historic center reachable in 5 minutes by car. Very nice view from the window of our room. Parking is available at the hotel and free parking can be easily found in the immediate vicinity. Very courteous and helpful staff. The external façade of the building is a little neglected, unlike the internal areas, which appear to be cared for and enhanced. Buffet breakfast served, with a good variety of both sweet and savory. We very much appreciated compliance with the anti-Covid sanitation regulations. Positive experience, recommended hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte vista la vicinanza alle terme a cui eravamavo diretti. Struttura sicuramente da ristrutturare, appare da subito datata. Personale molto cortese all'arrivo. Graditissimi i biscotti fatti trovare in camera all'arrivo. Parcheggio presente, a pagamento su prenotazione, piccolino, un po' scomodo l'ingresso. Camere anche quelle datate, non posso dire nulla della grandezza perchè era una tripla e noi eravamo in 2. Abbiamo dormito bene, materasso e cuscini comodi. Colazione varia di torte fatte in casa, meno scelta del salato. Nel complesso ok, nella media.

È la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo hotel a distanza di diversi anni, ma l'impressione è sempre molto positiva. Le camere sono essenziali, confortevoli e soprattutto pulite,è presente anche un frigobar dove è possibile prelevare due bottiglie d'acqua in modo gratuito. La colazione compresa nel prezzo è discreta ed il personale che ti accoglie è molto professionale e gentile. La struttura si trova in una posizione centrale a poche centinaia di metri dalle terme sensoriali e cmq vicino anche alle piscine termali. Sicuramente quando tornerò a Chianciano saprò dove soggiornare, consigliatissimo!
