Stay here for budget travel as a family / couple.
Extremely cheap rates for incredibly friendly and helpful staff.
Hotel rooms very basic but do the job.
It’s located right next door to a cafe which has a swimming pool & sun loungers that you can use all day if you order a drink or food, it’s located 2 minutes from 7-Eleven, bars, restaurants, we loved Chiang Mai & so we extended our original 3 night stay to 5 nights.
Highly recommend this one.

幫家人訂的，表示很滿意，老闆中文説的非常好，溝通無障礙，態度很友好，對於長者的問題也不厭其煩的回答，會幫忙訂車訂餐廳。地理位置優越，去哪兒都很方便，房間很大很安靜，能睡個好覺。店內員工都很熱情，會幫忙拿行李。

不滿意，衞生環境可以給到三分吧。但我覺得都是次要的。首選作為自由行入住的第一家賓館，當時看評論有中文服務所以就選擇了。我們一共是定了三個晚上，其中有一天訂錯了日期，申請更改都被拒絕了，就找到攜程幫溝通，攜程打電話寫郵件給賓館都沒有回覆，説直接掛斷電話，無論用英語，泰語，還是中文。但因為自己的失誤，我想100多塊錢，等到了清邁自己再溝通，不退就也無所謂，能退更好。我是4號到達，想更改7號入住.她們説房間已經給我們預留。我也不想墨跡，出國在外就算了。我們住三樓大概走廊有10多米.隔音肯定是不好。我們的確在走廊説了幾句話，大概內容是前面有露台，不知道有沒有游泳池，就回房間了，沒有一分鐘隔壁住的不知道老闆還是服務人員也就是當時接待我們的人，説我們小點聲音，我們表示接受，第二天我們外面回來門被風吹到關上響了一聲，她依然住隔壁，過來就説有好多人投訴。之後幾天我們就開啟了衹能呼吸不能有任何聲音。如果我們一直在走廊説話，門一直響持續幾分鐘，我們都接受意見，旅遊這麼多年，異國他鄉最不好的一次體驗。晚上回來沒人問候可以體會有不喜歡熱情的人。晚上她們九十點不睡覺就在外面聊天喝酒看電視就不擾民了.7號訂錯那天因為我們去了曼谷，行李寄存在這裏，早上快10點回來，沒有服務人員，打電話沒人接。辦理8號入住，到了晚上回來才進去房間。8號回來有個美女服務很好。之所以説這麼多真是覺得氣憤。後來改住對面清邁客棧，服務非常好.
