First, host Lala is a wonderful person. So helpful. Full English ability if you need that. Facilities are super clean. I did not use the pool but there is one. Comfortable bed and room. Location is very good and in one of general favorite areas of old town. Many restaurants, cafes, massage, bars, etc. I will surely stay again.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is close to downtown. It is very convenient to eat and drink coffee nearby. 7-11 is also very close, only 2 minutes. It's very close to Tha Pae Gate, so it's very convenient to go back after watching the fireworks on New Year's Day. The room is the same as in the photos, very Thai style, the bed is big and comfortable, and the hygiene is very good. I will stay again next time I come.

That is to say, I can't rate the service with 0 stars. The water and electricity were cut off the next morning after I checked in, so I couldn't take a shower. However, we originally changed to this hotel because we couldn't take a shower in the hotel we booked because of the water cutoff, but another hotel took the initiative. They offered to check us out and let us find another home, but this hotel showed no attitude at all to solve the problem. Not recommended anyway...
