Facilities: The houses are all wooden structures and traditional style. The swimming pool is not big, but who wouldn’t want to take a dip in a pool surrounded by plants? The hotel has its own restaurant - it is a vegetarian restaurant, you can try it. When you wake up in the morning, you can order a cup of coffee in the restaurant and drink it by the pool. Isn’t that nice? ? ? Hygiene: Clean! I especially like that the cleaning staff in Thai hotels take off their shoes and enter the room to clean! Environment: This hotel is so beautiful, allowing plants to grow freely, and the paradise grass is taller than the buildings. Service: The hotel staff is very friendly! Price: It was more than 300 when I ordered it. It feels like you can’t live anywhere in China with more than three hundred people! This one is so worth it! Terrain: Very convenient! There are many restaurants, cafes, and souvenir shops around. Don’t worry about going to the old town, because Chiang Mai is fine on foot~ (I mean the central location) Attached is my account~

What a lovely little boutique gem within Chiang Mai. We stayed her for 4 nights and had a wonderful stay. The team here are extremely welcoming, kind polite and thoughtful. They certainly go the extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable and relaxing. Everyone we spoke to were so friendly, offering advice and guidance on what to see and do. We even booked a trip through reception for Doi Inthanon, and everything ran smoothly. The rooms are a good size and comfortable, we were always greeted at our room by little geckos running around. The pool was a welcome amenity to have a little dip after a long day, and the surrounding plants were beautiful. Breakfast was included and what a great selection of tasty treats, ranging from wonderful tasty fruits to some of the best pancakes and French toast dishes we have had. The team even made sure we had coffee and food to take away with us on an early trip. This place is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, night markets and within a reasonable walking distance of the old town. Overall, very happy with our stay here, would highly recommend.

Small boutique hotel with a huge heart, dedicated to outstanding service in every respect of hospitality. There is a vegan/vegetarian restaurant inside and we ate there for 3 nights and two lunches because the food is sublime and we are neither vegan or vegetarian but could be persuaded with food like this. Breakfast is a wonderful choice of freshly cooked western and Asian cuisine. They also organised the most terrific tours and experiences for us. Full marks to every single person who works here.

It’s pretty central but also not so you won’t hear anything from the street noise. The staff was really friendly and helpful I recommend this place if you are with your backpack on the tour We were staying on the ground floor so I recommend that you ask for an upper floor because it can be a little loud because of the other guests. It’s extremely safe!

We spent our holidays here 5 years ago and it was wonderful to be back at Shewe Wana with our family last week. The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay as great as it was. What distinguishes this hotel from the other hotels that we visited in this area was the sincere care and personal attention from the staff for both us and our children. And the wonderful breakfast! We will definitely come back, again.

Aside from being a very peaceful oasis in the midst of what is actually a very big city, with all the usual hustle and bustle associated with it, the hotel staff (Kate in particular) truly raised the bar when it comes to service. Kate understands what customer orientation really means. I could write an entire short story about what happened, but I'll give just the highlights: we were to catch the night train from Chiang Mai to Bangkok. The hotel provided shuttle service to the train station, which is located close by. After we were dropped off, we checked to see which track our train was using, but couldn't tell which one. I was in line to ask the man at the ticket counter, when Kate suddenly appears behind us and tells us that the train has been canceled due to excessive rain blocking the tracks near Prae. Rain runoff had derailed an earlier train. We had to catch a ferry the next day, and were counting on the train being on time. This threw our entire trip into jeopardy. Over the next several hours, Kate worked with our travel agent to get an alternative arrangement organized so that the rest of our journey could continue as planned. Now we are enjoying the warm waters of the Gulf of Thailand. Thank you, Kate, you are awesome!

Really nice hotel with excellent service, food (Vegan and Vegetarian) in a great part of the city. We stayed in a basic room and it was clean, comfortable and had a comfortable mattress. Very quiet. Highly recommended.

We loved this hotel! The staff - Alexandra, JB and Kate - were so friendly and helpful. They surprised me with a birthday cake without us saying anything! Lovely, really lovely. The location could be a little better but the decor and food and pool and service make up for it. Highly recommended.
