The staff is basically useless. They do nothing for you. No hot water, no help, no nothing.
The pool was super dirty and badly kept. It is a place for your people so it is not quite at all.
Overall would not stay again and did not like this hotel.

There was a surprise at check in. "Twin Room with Shared Bathroom" that I booked turned out to be a shared room / dorm. Trip.com helped resolve the dispute promptly. If you intend to stay solo in such room type, you might need to book 2 beds. I am not sure if a clearer indication will be added.
Rooms/dorms with shared bathroom are located in the same building that has wooden floor. You will constantly hear squeaking noise from other guests passing by. Ear plugs helped me sleep peacefully.
The hotel sets in a large, lush garden. This is the best part. The second best for me is its 25-m pool, which is good for serious swimming. The style of this pool made me think that the hotel might be a school before, which was later revealed true by the staff. There is also a set of fitness equipment near the pool.
The breakfast was simple with proteins.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Eco Resort.

There is a central shopping mall within a 20-minute walk, which is quite big. But it's too hot to walk, and taxis are expensive. Cleanliness is good, but the hotel is a bit old and feels very old. The hotel has two floors, both are close to the swimming pool, which is convenient for swimming. Air conditioning is very powerful, toilets and baths are shared. The front desk is available 24 hours a day, and you can check in early, which is good. Like the downtown area, it is recommended to book near the ancient city. It's quiet here. When I checked in, I didn't see any Chinese, there were quite a few foreigners.

Highly not recommended, better to stay away. The staff is disgusting and rude. The room smells of chemicals. The walls are thin so you hear every movement in the hallway or in the other room. The only good thing about this hostel is the pool and it also stinks. Unfortunately this place is disgusting.

We had the private room with shared bathroom. It’s low season at the moment which meant I didn’t ever see anyone else in the bathroom (so pretty much a private bathroom!). The room was small but it did the job and was suited to the price we paid. The staff are really lovely and helpful. The pool is absolutely massive and definitely was the highlight of our stay here! Again, not many people around so we mainly had the pool to ourselves! Location is okay - you can walk to some places or get a grab.

Great resort. Very large pool area and clean bathrooms. The resort overall was a bit dated and need of some TLC but for the price we paid, it was fantastic. Also, a little further away from the centre but a pleasant walk to the night markets (and you can always tuk-tuk back for a very cheap price).

All our needs catered for. We packed super light so having gowns and slippers were a bonus for what we paid. Clean, comfortable with a lovely spacious bathroom. Extra water, towels and baby cot provided. Excellent value for money, charming spot. Location was a good walk (doable) from the infamous centre square and street food markets. Breakfast was hot and fresh. A mix of European and Asian options. Perfectly sufficient to start the day.. anyone who complains needs to re evaluate their expectations versus what they are paying. Yoghurt fruit, salad, tea, coffee, juices, cereal, toast, jam, eggs, veg noodles, rice and sausages. Big pool plenty of space to sunbathe.

We did not get the rooms we ordered because they were double booked. Instead they gave us worse rooms and thought we would just be okay with it. They also mixed our all of our laundry together and the clothes we Got back were not clean at all.
