1. Outstanding location. It is in close proximity to marketplaces, local food stalls, and restaurants.
2. Security workers on duty at night to keep an eye on clients' automobiles.
3. Simple check-in and check-out processes.
4. The room is clean and roomy.
It's my first option whenever I stay in Chiang Mai's downtown area.

My go to hotel is getting busy make reservations in advance it gets sold out quickly.

There is a 7/11 Shop within 100 meters of the hotel and a few mom and pop eateries around the hotel. The hotel is in a quiet area so no traffic sounds but one can hear the neighbors in their rooms.
The room was clean. Furniture not to current modern standards but it has a fridge, microwave and hot water boiler (not a kettle - although some rooms might have one). They clean the room daily and stock it with toiletries like small soaps, shampoo sachets and toilet paper as well as two 600ml bottles of water, 2 coffee sachets and two snacks when they come to clean the room.

The service is good. The hotel is close to 7/11. The room have tv,microwave, fridge and big closet. The bedroom is clean and big enough.
