I absolutely loved my stay here and the check out gift was a great idea 😊 They seem to understand that every trip is special and it is hard to book a trip within our busy lives. They made the stay so comfortable and special - i feel very grateful to have found this gem. Massive thank you to all the staff - at the front desk, and at the restaurant every breakfast, with special shout to Moth. They were so accommodating, service was prompt and efficient - 6 stars ⭐️ Its a beautiful hotel/hotel grounds, spacious, quiet, nice but not pretentious. Breakfast was delicious, great pastries, can choose any a la carte. I have been in Thailand for 2 weeks on this trip, having stayed in 3 other hotels which were mediocre - I am happy I ended with this one. I will definitely be back!

1. No cotton buds & shavers 2. Room is spacious, very clean & bed is very comfortable. 3. Room a bit noisy facing the swimming pool as requested for a quite room 4. The pool is very small just for kids to play around. 5. There was power supply cut for hours due to bad storm however there was no notice circulated to hotel guests. I arrived to the hotel and on the outside it looked really nice, and the staff was very nice. The girl who checked me in thow wasn't that great to understand english, so I was lucky to speak some thai. The didn't help you with your bags up to the room, but I didn't mind because I travel with good working bags that has wheels. When I came in the room the first thing that hit me was a bad smell from the toilet. (I was given a room on the top floor 608 to be precise. The size of the room was ok, but the furniture I could see how dirty and worn down rhey where. It looked like something the bought on a fleemarket. Further on I tried the bed it was the worst matress I have ever slept on, not only that the hotel is next to a road and at night it was so noicy from traffic so I didn't get much sleep. Sometimes I woke up and thought I had a motorbike in my room. I had booked a stay for 5 nights, but after 1 night I decided to move. So after one more painful night I checked out from this hotel and will NEVER return again.

The hotel has a weird lay out. The elevator reaches only from 2nd to 4th floor. We had to carry our luggage up several flights of stairs from the first floor to reach an elevator then more hauling of our luggage to the 5th floor. The hotel is located near a main road and it was noisy throughout the night. There were no electrical outlets in the bathroom. The tiles in a bathroom were broken and cleanliness was not the hotel’s priority. We stayed only one night. And we will not be staying here again in the future
