Lots of issues with the unit. Purchases a suite for the weekend. 0/2 televisions worked nor did the room phone. The sink did not drain and we had to wash our hands in the kitchen. The shower did not drain either and when removing the drain cover there was an enormous amount of hair causing the issue. The front desk wasn’t of much help as they were full and stated someone would be in touch. As of 5 days after checkout have not heard back. The area and parking were nice and convenient- such a shame

Property did not have my room ready til 5pm. Room was missing towels, key did not work, building is loud as HELL because of young people throwing parties

Extremely amazing even for the 1 night stays! The Staff was super helpful respectful and nice, amazing quality rooms and great spacious parking! 10/10 stay will be staying again!

We ran out of stuff during our stay since we have a longer stay. It would be good to have extra paper towel tolls, dish washer pods, toilet paper, garbage bags for a longer stay. It will also be nice to have housekeeping service at least once during our stay.

Horrible experience, no parking for my whole weekend stay, no face towels in room , bed is almost on the flat ground, just a terrible experience, would never ever go to the level hotel downtown Chicago.

This was one of the nicest aparthotel’s I’ve ever stayed at. It was very easy to find, parking is only 65/night and they let you in and out. There are 4 elevators, there’s barely a wait time unlike others have you sitting for minutes. The apar**ent itself was lovely, from the kitchen, city view in the living w a door that slides open & you can get a nice breeze of fresh air. Separate bedroom from living space with a nice bathroom attached. Very lovely stay, will recommend & come again. The fitness area was immaculate & all the other amenities were a plus. They have pool, skeeball & darts for free in the game area.
