一家4大1小預訂了榻榻米大床房和湖景套房，後來換到了榻榻米套房，榻榻米房型對小寶寶真的友好，光腳到處跑，不擔心摔倒、撞到，杜絕了甲醛污染。用了自助餐、早餐（攜程積分換了8份），菜品中規中矩，勝在性價比；離璧山各種“兔”也近，外賣能送到；25米泳道很少見，還有救生員。住了2晚，感受最深的是酒店服務人員的態度和真誠，從預訂酒店時介紹了半個小時房型的Vivian，送我們到房間、後期幫忙換房的客户經理左美女（如果我沒看錯的話），到5月2、3、4日跑得飛快的3位禮賓小哥，態度完勝很多主城五星。推薦入住，趕在現在價格便宜的時候。希望後期温泉一定要做品質，價格高點能接受。想想冬天，下着雪，泡着臨湖的、數量不多的露天私湯池，反正我準備冬天再去玩了。

貴酒店的設施應該是目前新酒店中最捧的！特別是床和卧具很舒服！衞生非常好！中餐廳的菜品可口！服務一流！特別要表揚大堂服務人員！禮賓部及禮賓部的小黃和中餐廳的服務員（他們服務周到細至如微！很有親和力！在此再次感謝）！謝謝御湖酒店！

環境非常好，員工培訓到位，入住趕上消防演習沒能睡個下午覺，但是酒店處理的不錯，送了下午茶，雖然下午茶挺一般的，好歹是個態度。中餐廳的確很好，出品精緻，服務也很好，適合商務宴請。建議客房咖啡換成掛耳，畢竟酒店檔次在這裏，弄個速溶有點違和。
