There is hair in the toilet and it was not cleaned.
The elevator is mixed by several hotels, and the staff is relatively mixed.
The location is at least 20 minutes walk away from Guanyin Bridge+
Didn't sleep well, the room was a bit depressed

酒店大堂的香氛好好聞 蘭花味的嗎 前台01小姐姐給我做了房型升級比我定的大了很多很感謝，推薦的火鍋也很好吃沒有踩雷，還幫我看路線真的很有耐心，酒店房間也很乾凈，前台放的那個水果糖也很好吃 還可以寄存行李，出行也很方便，性價比很高，下次來重慶還會住這裏的

這家酒店環境優雅、服務好、很安靜、值得推薦入住!!!酒店非常的乾淨，性價比又高，床品很舒服，枕頭的高度對我來説也是剛剛好!最最感動的是服務態度相當好，前台01小姐姐服務周到細緻的服務態度，酒店設備齊全，房間有免費礦泉水，熱水壺等。整體來説真的很不錯，值得推薦，我的衣服落在酒店，工作人員打電話給我，還主動問我地址給我郵寄過來，真的非常感謝!

前台01號小姐姐服務態度很好，房間雖然比較小但是也很乾凈，性價比可以，附近交通也很方便出門走個兩分鐘就是紅旗河溝地鐵站，離觀音橋就一個站很方便，早餐水果很新鮮，下次還會再來的 很喜歡重慶

我一般住酒店都不愛評論的，但是每次住的都不是很滿意，總是有問題發生，過年本來房價就貴，這都不是事，主要是電梯還壞了，等了半個小時沒排上隊，硬生生從1樓爬到29樓還是27樓，現在更離譜的是房間床單是破損的，有洞，維也納的品質是越做越差了嗎？東西掉在床底下去撿東西時，還發現床底下有垃圾？我想説這樣的房間，是怎麼敢售賣出來的？每次體驗感都差，下次不會再去了，現在回來想想，這錢花得真不值，我還會繼續投訴

房間不大，而且可能有點老了，打開有一股味道，電梯是共用的不屬於很安全的那種樓下是一個燒烤店出行，衹能靠打滴滴去輕軌站挺遠的還算挺乾淨

總體還是不錯的，床和枕頭睡得很舒服，衞生也挺乾淨的，就是第二個晚上沒熱水了，出了點意外，其他都還挺好的，下次來重慶繼續住這裏！
