Tianchiwu luxury Hotel

How should I put it, for us who are used to living in large rooms, Tianchiwu’s room is too small, and many of the photos in the review are public areas, and several families need to use them together. With the door closed, it’s my own small bedroom, the double bed is not big enough, it’s difficult to bring children, the bathroom has no privacy, it’s completely open, and the breakfast is... er... not good for evaluation... On the mountain, there is a shortage of ingredients and high maintenance costs. There are many places They are old, but the scenery outside is still very good. But for one night in 1900, I may not have to come a second time.

The environment is good and the service attitude is good

The location is excellent, at the top of Baima Mountain. The hotel has no air conditioning, except that the living room is a little hot at noon (the hotel can provide fans) is a summer resort. Hotel layout and facilities are OK! The only shortcoming is that it is mandatory to buy Baima Mountain tickets when entering the hotel (the hotel is on the top of the mountain). Originally planned to spend 2 nights in the hotel, and there are no attractions in the scenic area except for two ridiculous flying kisses! ! !

Good location, beautiful sunset

We live in Yuexin. A two-story villa can accommodate 4 families. The common areas can be shared. The rooms are separated and do not affect each other. Yuexin’s vision is better, better than that of a single-family house, and the public areas are organic. Breakfast is not good, 88 people, too bad, there is only one kind of yogurt, oatmeal, cake, breakfast is too bad for this price. Drinks in the room can be drunk for free, and milk and biscuits are delivered in the evening.

酒店位置環境很好，服務態度很好，也看得出大家都很努力，也想更好的服務，但是按照這個價格來講服務有幾點需要改進：1.進景區需要門票訂房間含了的，提前一天聯繫了酒店報了車牌號碼，但是第二天進景區還是被問迅了且沒有查到相關記錄。好在景區大門説到時候找酒店結算也沒收我的費用；2.訂了兩間房間，是挨着的，且房卡已做好給我了，但是説有一間房客説要晚退房，我也沒計較，我説我是不是也可以晚退，前台説也是可以，根據客人需要。然後過一會打電話給我説晚退的住客續房了，我説我看到在收拾行李啊，她説我看錯了，what？！然後給我換了房間換了房卡！原本連着的兩間房就被隔開了，雖説距離也不算遠，但是體驗不好！關鍵是，隔壁住客確實換了，車都換了！前台非説是續住！好嘛，衹有服了！3.到達後告知我水管凌晨爆了，正在全力搶修，我是中午到的，早上也沒人告知，前台是我辦理入住告訴我的，攜程是我入住後告訴我的，説是可以免費退，我帶長者小孩百多公里自駕到山上又是暑期旺季，未必我又下山嘛？！然後也沒的説有任何的補償措施，服務意識真的要加強！！！4.如果要用餐就要在酒店，不然就自己開車去附近的浪漫天街還是啥的（前台説的，酒店的接駁車衹是接駁前台到各個房間，恁個小的環境真心覺得接駁車接駁範圍也太小了），水管爆了酒店無餐食推薦出去吃，接了團餐搞不贏我們這些散客服務員也推薦去那個天街，但是我真的不想開車出去，好在最後餐廳還是先安排我們吃了，我都吃完了，團餐的人才到。so…。衹能説接待能力、統籌能力還需提高，不然真的和價格不太匹配。5.最後離開想一個房間也晚退，前台直接拒絕我，説是暑期，我説我來的時候也是暑期，前台説情況不一樣，好吧，你説怎樣就怎樣吧。6.這個價位，房間又有茶台的配置，真心可以學習仙女山那邊某酒店房間有直飲水可以泡茶，否則4瓶礦泉水真的不夠用，不過可以找前台補充。7.早餐也還行，中式的，不過第二天去居然沒有酸奶！就是吃完了！也沒得補充了，7:30開餐，8:20就沒有了，也不是説住客很多的樣子！總體就是房間可以，服務能力和意識確實還有待加強。

第一次遇到早餐喝白水要花3元錢買的，房間很靜雅，非常滿意，泡茶需要多少礦泉水都有，可能早餐廳被外包出去了嗎？行為很迷惑。遇到酒店水管爆裂，洗了三天黃水澡。總的來説，還會選擇去玩，不過要提前問問水管問題

新開才一兩年的酒店，位於景區裏面，位置倒是挺好的，就是酒店維護太差了！一棟棟小別墅，部分外立面脱落太掉分了！房間佈局大氣上檔次，讓住客體會到酒店修建的初衷還是奔向高檔度假酒店去的。房間沒有空調，海拔1400米的高度，主城40度的高温天氣下，室外有風的確很涼爽，室內還是應該有空調就更加舒適。
