Not use to having foreign guests.
Ordered their club sandwich through room service and had three front of house staff come to my room.
Was told they only had noodle.
Pointed out that their menu showed a huge list available and that most of it was available 24/7 . Was then told it was sold out and inguired of them how can a sandwich be sold out when all the ingredients are in the kitchen and available for breakfast the next day.
I got my sandwich which was good.
They need an English Speaking Manager in the evening.
During breakfast I had several staff that spoke great English.

酒店環境很不錯哦，經常過來入住，比較喜歡這裏的環境還有服務，前台的服務一直做的很好，會及時關注我的需求，特別是小包會及時關注我的住店感受，有什麼需要聯繫她也會為我及時解決，讓人有温暖的感覺，這裏停車也方便，很多停車位，房間風格中式佈置，適合出差，推薦大家可以試一下這裏，去哪裡都挺近的，相信體驗過後也會很喜歡！

作為一年飛行6萬公里➕的商務達人，這次因為原入住酒店泳池清洗而第一次選擇入住了這家可以游泳且距離重慶高鐵站和機場都不遠的老五星級酒店，入住一晚，總體感覺:非常不錯！（訂房時差點被攜程的差評所誤）能以300多的價格入住，性價比超高！撇開五星級酒店應有盡有的設施和服務，旁邊裙樓的游泳池也不錯，而讓我非常印象深刻的是餐廳的兩位小姐姐和門口客房部一位姓易的小夥子，小夥子眉清目秀，入住時主動免費搬運行李送到房間；因為訂房是漏掉了早餐，早上準備去訂早餐時，餐廳小姐姐説你品嚐後給我們一個真實的評價就好，不需要另外訂餐（餐廳的情況見圖），用餐後值得五星好評！這家和觀音橋步行街的世紀金源酒店是同一家，作為南方的重慶酒店，居然在這兩家酒店都能看到煎餅果子，有心了！樓層阿姨（好像姓葉）也熱情主動，可見這家酒店的整體培訓水平很高……下次回重慶，這家酒店會作為俺的首選了！外地朋友到重慶，值得推薦！！！不會後悔的！

酒店位置在北濱路，地段很不錯～停車是免費的也很方便～門口的禮賓員很熱情，幫忙開車門，拿行李，體驗很不錯～前台辦入住也很快，還幫忙升級了房間，酒店服務是真心不錯～下次一定會再來的～

連續續住了兩次，非常滿意，房間打掃也很高效，下午茶的沙發也是很舒服休閑，坐下來也是處理了不少事務。今天就要離開，回想每一位酒店服務人員都是面帶微笑，親切友好，不愧是五星酒店的品牌服務。
