The ceiling sprayer is broken. Because I returned to the hotel too late, I didn't notify the hotel for maintenance. The hygiene is very poor and the leisure chairs are dirty. I don't know if they have been cleaned. The location is quite convenient and is closer to the subway station.

I contacted the front desk at noon to clean the room. When I came back, I found that I had only tidied the sheets, and even the sheets and duvet covers were not changed. I called the front desk in the evening and told them to change the sheets and duvet covers and notified me of the time to return to the hotel. When I returned to the hotel, I found that it was still the same as before I left. . In terms of service and hygiene, we hope that we will not only be perfunctory, but also take the needs of guests seriously and fulfill them.

The overall experience was not good. The two rows of rooms in the hotel are close to the road on one side and the construction site on the other. Closing the windows on the side facing the road makes little noise at night. We arrived at night and the lights throughout the hotel were dim. The lighting in the room is generally dark. There is no light source in the shower room. It relies on the frosted glass to let in light. It is so dim that it is difficult to see the water switch. The water out of the shower ceiling was half blocked, and the shower holder on the wall was broken. I had to hold the shower head with two hands while taking a shower. The pillows on the bed smelled of sweat, and there were stains on the sofa in the room. The entire room was not deodorized well, and the pillows and bedside smelled of smoke. There is a hole in the bed sheet. Even if you want to save money, please repair it and then change the direction and lay it in an inconspicuous position. The bath only comes with body soap and shampoo, but no conditioner. I found out after washing it, and the lady with long hair said the experience was terrible. Breakfast is quite satisfactory, including rice porridge, steamed buns, snacks, eggs, coffee and noodles. Four points of service is for cleaning the elevator. The inside of the elevator is really bright. Anyway,,, won’t come again. . .
