退房晚了一個小時，那個阿姨非要多收我們錢，還説我們沒留電話號碼，救命我們的訊息攜程上她真的看不到嗎，也沒有打電話説我們逾期啊什麼的，説收費就收費而且入住的時候也沒有跟我們説明任何其他收費什麼什麼的，這樣坑我們學生真的好嘛，看我們年輕，而且房間有股異味，要不是景區內的酒店，天然地理優勢，這酒店真不咋滴

也許是因為挨着山的原因，蚊蟲很多，蟑螂，臭屁蟲。沒有任何防蟲措施。上樓的樓梯都看到了蟑螂。晚上帶着孩子下樓轉了一圈，回到房間進門就看到一衹蟑螂。還好我的孩子膽子都比較大。不然真的沒法住，房間裏的臭屁蟲被我兒子給拍死了，當時整個房間簡直臭的沒法呼吸。衞生間的浴室玻璃拉槽簡直太臟。還要吐槽一點，前台接待。一點沒有精氣神。而且有衹眼睛還是有問題的，説實話並不是看不起，這是旅遊區酒店。作為前台接待，形象很重要。晚上入住的話，這一抬頭，真的挺嚇人的。反正這次體驗真的很差勁。

房間有點髒，小，潮濕。重點是價格比去年漲了一倍，而且還安排窗戶抵著山的一面⋯⋯
