Apart from the unfriendly reception we were very satisfied with the hotel. Food, beach, pool, room, everything was great. Equally friendly bartenders, whether in the morning (Marina, Stavros) or in the evening, as well as the whole animation team (Paula, Sebastian...). You were great, thank you.

Fabulous hotel! Food was unreal, especially in the Avra restaurant. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Lovely little private beach, warm sea, even in April! Eur30 taxi to Heraklion. Not much to do outside the complex but enough to do inside so we never got bored. Matteo at the outside bar is a gem. Not sure what was in those cocktails but we slept well!! And we watched him handle some slightly obnoxious guests brilliantly.

This is a fabulous hotel. Beautiful beach, quiet location (apart from jets flying into the airport but not a negative). Our room was perfect (3115), overlooking the sea. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Immaculately kept clean and run with 100% efficiency. Excellent WiFi, rooms have fridge, complimentary hair/body lotions, hair dryer, tea/coffee facilities and I was able to borrow an iron for the room. The main dining room provided an excellent choice of food. We had one complimentary al a carte meal, but our favourite was the Asian dining. The snack bar by the beach served delicious food and defo spoilt for choice with plenty of cakes too. Drinks were great - all inclusive. Entertainment was ok but we were happy just being here. We had 1 day rain and storm and was quite windy but we were not bothered. The sea was cold until you got in and was thoroughly enjoyed. Pools for everyone (nice adult pool at the end of the hotel). Will highly recommend and return. Thank you Arina Beach.

We spent a wonderful vacation here with the whole family. Beautiful, clean, quiet hotel. We were very satisfied. We will be happy to come back to you again. Nice staff. I was in Greece for the first time and I am excited. Prožili jsme zde nádhernou dovolenou s celou rodinou. Krásný, čistý, klidný hotel. Byli jsme velmi spokojení. Rádi se k vam opet vrátíme. Příjemný personál. Byla jsem v Řecko poprvé a jsem nadšená.

I’ve had an amazing experience made better by their hardworking staff, the animation team, Michel, Ainoha, Galin, Enzo and Mitchel! Also the bar staff, Kostas, Olga, Adonis, Yannis, Mateo and Albi! The animation team, Ainoha and Michel are the hardest working ladies I’ve met, they are so considerate and cater to all needs, Ainoha even managed to persuade my grandfather to play a game! He hasn’t played games since he was young! Michel, wow her connection with the younger ones is phenomenal she makes them happy and engages and I know a few parents said how lovely and safe they felt knowing she was looking after their babies! 🫶🏼

We had the chance to be upgraded to a bungalow with private swimming pool and this partcipated to the "Waou" effect for this resort. The 3 restaurants are very good and offer large choice and possibility for more intimacy. The people working there were very nice and helpful and greatly participated for a stressless stay. Only 1 bad point: the resort is closed to the Heraklion airport so a little bit noisy even if this the landng way for planes ...

Had an amazing two weeks with my grandchildren and son…….. Staff are amazing and special mention to Alex and George in the restruant…. The staff that did the entertainment programmes and kids club were terrific. Bar staff too in fact every single person would like to thank. Food, Drinks very good. Lovely rooms spotless and

best pool bar.staff are so kind and so helpful definitely recommend fast nice to speak to and so knowledgeable with all there drinks there very clean and have a smile on there face 24/7 there little bits of food are so delicious and well worked

Absolutely amazing staff and amazing bar staff! Made my first time at an all inclusive the absolute best I’ve ever had. Will definelty come back if I can!!!! Could not ask for better staff. If you look into this hotel don’t look any further just the absolute best!!
