Hotel was good in every way! View Hotel has one of the best views on the roof! Location Location was perfect for us. Close to all nice sightseeings in central of Cienfuegos Room We had a nice large room woth a big bathroom. Was very spacious and looked really nice. Cleaning service did a good job every single time too. Service Service was more than perfect! They gave us advice which helped us. There was a money problem at the a**'s at the time, so unfortunally we had a moment we didnt have money with us. The manager and the hotel helped us in need. This is exceptional and i never have seen this before! Food We had dinner here. And it was very delicious, can't say anything bad about this. Overall Overall ranking is perfect for us. Gave us a good experience in Cienfuegos! Another good element is that even when there was a power outage, they have an own generator. Wifi in Cuba isnt the best so don't expect much about wifi, but in this hotel even the wifi did his job!

We had the most wonderful time staying at this Palacio. This was the best Casa we stayed in our entire trip to Cuba. The Palacio has been beautifully restored. The staff Javier & Alejandro were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Our rooms were big & the bathrooms huge. Though historic, all the interior spaces have been updated to current comfort from air conditioning to hot water. The rooftop was under renovation but we were able to visit & enjoy the spectacular views of Cienfuegos. We had dinner at their in-house restaurant and the food was great, big portions and served on fine china. Breakfast was good and again very generous with their portions. Breakfast comprised of fruits, eggs, bread, juice & coffee.

Hotel very well located one block from the center. Beautiful space looks like a museum with very imposing marble. Beautiful rooms, great breakfast and phenomenal service, very quiet and has a very beautiful terrace. The only reason I'm not 5 stars is because the water wasn't very hot and the spring mattress could have been better. Maybe they need to change the mattress but it's not the end of the world.

An example of eclectic architecture from the beginning of the 20th century, the residence was the subject of a renovation which (fortunately) did not compromise its original opulent charm. This former private residence presents itself today as a true repertoire of twentieth-century Cuban material culture, in which interesting period pieces coexist with objects and elements (indeed a bit kitsch) dating back to the 1950s and 1980s. Although some details still need to be sorted out - in our room, for example, there was a problem with the sink - the quality of the experience is certainly positive. These "flaws", of course, are a reflection of the difficult economic situation in which the country finds itself, and certainly not of a lack of diligence on the part of the staff, who actually show commendable availability and commi**ent in the management of the structure. Definitely recommended.

Hotel with impressive decor, large spaces, attentive service, the best lobster we eat in Cuba, a breathtaking view of the city of Cienfuegos from the roof which is being converted into a bar, very good address !

Magnificent Hostel in this wonderful Cuban city, above average, quiet, central, excellent trea**ent, very clean and what I value most is the absolutely varied and complete breakfast, of superlative quality and quantity. You can also have lunch and dinner by notifying the kitchen in advance. The quality-price ratio is the best I have been able to find on my trips abroad. Finally, I cannot fail to highlight how beautiful this colonial-type house is and its historical and cultural value that is obvious just by setting foot in it.
