There is no elevator and the overall facilities are a bit shabby. Still, the location is good, they allow early check-in, store your luggage before and after check-in, and it was recently remodeled so it has a clean feel. I recommend it.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to Paddington Station and next to Bayswater and Queensway subway stations. It is convenient for travel.

London hotels are very often of this type: the claustrophobically challenged should avoid, but in case you're travelling with hand luggage only, you will fit in the room and probably also sleep rather nicely. Showering nicely will depend heavily on the size of the traveller, there is very little room for movement. Location of the hotel is very convenient when travelling to/from Paddington, which is within just a 5 minute walk.

Very small but comfortable room. Kind staff. Thank you to the woman who offered to make hot chocolate for my son!! He loved it and it made our stay extra special. Thank you!!

We stayed here for about a week. The staff was very helpful. The room was very small but it was clean and tidy so I didn’t mind much. Only down side is we didn’t have air conditioning but we did have a fan so it was doable! The free breakfast was a nice bonus but was very basic as most continental breakfasts are.

The position of the hotel is great, two-minutes walk from Kensington Gardens and five minutes to the nearest Tube station.
In the area there’s a good choice of restaurants, cafés and fast-food.
The hotel is small and ordinary, nevertheless me and my son had a comfortable stay thanks to all the staff who was very nice and helpful in every need we had.

We had a very pleasant stay, Georgiana at the front desk was very friendly and extremely helpful with anything we needed . The other staff members were also helpful, we had to leave early one day and they made a brown bag breakfast to take with us. The breakfast was good , if you have issues with your knees request a lower floor as there is not a lift and there are quite a bit of stairs. Rooms are small but comfortable.
