As there is no Didi in Fenghuang, they helped us to book the car to the airport and made sure that we arrived at the airport safely. Although they speak very limit English, we can communicate with WeChat. The ancient city view at night is very beautiful but also very crowded with people dressed in the ancient costume and taking pictures everywhere. It was difficult to walk and enjoy the night view as it is a bit noisy because of the people and music from bars along the river. Day time is more peaceful to walk around.
