Explore these must-see Lima attractions and choose a hotel nearby for ultimate convenience
Love's Park
MM25***40In the center of the park is a huge statue of a couple embracing. There are many mosaic benches similar to Gaudi's designs in Barcelona, Spain. This cliffside park has beautiful views. You can enjoy a panoramic view of the Pacific coastline and can also see surfers below
Plaza de Armas
MM25***40This place is a must if you plan to visit the historic center of Lima. There are many restaurants and bars nearby and many interesting places to visit. The best thing is to see the changing of the guards in the presidential palace. The concert starts at 11:30am with band accompaniment and ends at 12:30pm. You don't have to stand in front of you, you can see it from the middle of the square
San Martin Plaza
기기이냥I stayed at a place next to San Martin Square, so I often go there to eat. When I first came here, I thought the police were controlling the area and I couldn't go inside, but the next day, on a Friday night, it was full of people and I was able to sit down and rest, so I loved how it turned into a place for citizens to rest.
Lima Cathedral
MM25***40This is a very nice church, a great landmark that can be seen from a distance. The interior is great, the basement is a bit boring, but outside is a great statue and lovely wooden doors (depicting important women in the Bible). Well worth the trip, a must!
Chinatown
MM25***40It seems that every city has a place similar to this Tangshan Street. Some things are really not something I can buy with a little money or time. If you happen to pass by here, of course it's good, but if not, you can also come here for a visit.
Larco Museum
MM25***40The taxi will wait for you at the door and take you back. In addition, the labels of the exhibits are clearly written, and there is no need for a guide. The pottery and textiles of the Inca culture are so amazing.
Huaca Pucllana Site Museum
MM25***40There is a restaurant in front of the former Inca temple in Yacapraná, and when you go in the evening, under the lights, you can enjoy high-end Peruvian cuisine on a super-high level terrace with this magnificent background. Although not cheap, it is really worth every penny.
Park of the Exposition
1133***95A free park, the buildings inside are given by all countries, there are artificial lakes and small animals, very beautiful small parks
Parque de la Reserva
MM25***40I don’t think it’s a must visit attraction, but we were happy to have arrived. Maybe it would be more fun to come with the kids. We visited the fountain and then took a walk in the park, but there were actually more interactive ways to play, like going to the fountain and playing with water. Tickets for the Lima Light Fountain Show are not expensive, and it is very convenient to come from Miraflores, which can be reached by the Metropolitan Line.
