Somebody had put a bowl previously to staying there over the smoke detector. I don't smoke so I got off work and they locked me out of my room that I paid for will not refining my money then charge me an extra $100 to get my property back. I had stayed there for almost a month with no problems whatsoever. The manager and her sidekick are both power tripping cocky rude snotty women that should not be running any part of that business. Discuss me to see either one of them having that much control over any other human being absolutely childish and ridiculous. Both should be fired way more qualified candidates out there you should be looking at. Both of them should be ashamed of themselves.

Major issue with the TV . Remote didn't work, only a few channels, very basic cable. Major pixelation problem. Watched 30 minutes worth, them went to bed.
Not sure why a major hotel can't sort out a TV issue. After a long day of driving I like to unwind watching TV before bed. Major disappointment. Everything else was just average.

When I arrived after the 3pm check in time, I was assigned a room where, when I got there, still had the cleaning in progress. I was assigned a room in another building.
The cleaning service did a great job - but, the condition of the hotel is less than desirable. The bed was super hard - and no room to spare in the room.
I had wanted to take a nice, hot bath - but the tub was in such poor condition, I did not.

One of the queen size beds in our room was old sagging, and squeaky, the other bed was newer and comfortable. Most of the plug in’s for recharging our phones were not working. It was very noisy because of freeway traffic.
