It was very good the property could use some landscape. ] no trees or shrubs very stark but clean

Lovely little inn for anyone that needs a place thats close to the Oklahoma/Texas border.

The property water smelled like sewage the room phone did not Work the water pressure was low the heating unit Was loud very loud and we found a bed bug the husband and wife were rude I asked for a Refund because of the bed bugs have not seen the refund yet would never stay there again

Room was spacious, micro fridge, good TV channels, the only thing missing was a clothes rack??? Had to hang clothes on shower rail---but it worked.

Ice maker empty. It WAS extremely hot. Soda machine with less than half of products. Very comfortable and affordable.

It was a great price, comfortable bed….just what we needed…a place to sleep and shower and we were on our way. Would definitely stay again!!

We arrived at the property and had to wait for over 30 minutes for someone to check us in. They were apparently at the store and whoever was at the property couldn't help. I never received a receipt for arrival or departure. They do what they want since they are the only ones around in Clarkville.

Bed was perfect for me. Room was clean. Toilet leaked a little, but over all a nice place inside. Parking lot was bad tho. Lots of dirt and mud that tracks into room. They need to repave it.

Basic one story hotel. Parking right in front of room and heater and a/c system works well. Room was very clean and didn't smell of smoke at all. Shower had plenty of hot water and remote for tv was in the room.

The traffic noise was terrible I never did fall asleep but at least I did get to lay down

Older place in small town didn’t expect much but still disappointed

The mattress was stained, towels were dirty, and there were stains on the bathroom walls.

Clean but only had part of a roll of toilet paper and tv remote did not work.
