Arrived late due to snow. Needed assistance to retrieve key for room. I paid extra for breakfast but the receptionist said it wasn't included. After a while she told us it was ok to have breakfast after lengthy discussions.

Great welcome from Anthony and Paul. Very helpful and sweet to us upon arrival.
Room was airy and pleasant- bed large and comfortable.

Excellent base for taking a rest prior to crossing back to UK. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and an excellent restaurant for evening meal and early buffet breakfast. We have used this venue often.

The room and breakfast were up to the usual excellent standard. However, we had reserved a room with half-board and were told that the restaurant was closed: and were later told that it never opened at weekends, and this in an area which seemed to be devoid of alternatives restaurant facilities. We were not too pleased. How can we have reserved a half-board facility in the first place?

A basic motel designed for one night stays. Room was at the front facing onto the car park so a bit noisy. The dripping toilet cistern however was a real nuisance. I admit I didn’t bring the matter to the attention of the staff as given that the cistern is built into the wall I couldn’t see much being done while I was there.
Restaurant is very basic with no character to the place at all.

Arrived around 8pm on the Friday evening after a long journey from the UK looking forward to a relaxing meal. The hotel were reluctant to serve us saying that the restaurant closed at 9pm, though the website said 10pm. We were served in the end but it was all very rushed, in order for them to close by 9pm. Very disappointing..
