Racv Cobram Resort Reviews

Stayed on a powered site in an RV. The amenities were second to none. The shower-heads were 30cm - 40cm wide with instant hot water in abundance. I must ad that the amenity block was heated beautifully. The sites themselves were the largest I’ve seen, easily room for 2 or 3 caravans per site. My only minor complaint would be that there wasn’t any hand sanitiser in any of the dump areas. Other than that, the resort and it’s staff deserve a 10 out of 10.

Everything the little ones needed on site . Lovely peaceful outlook from our cabin and it was clean and well equipped. Staff were welcoming and friendly. A wonderful place for a get away with activities for young kids and a relaxing venue for the adults

This was fourth year in a row staying at RACV Cobram over Easter. We stay in the apartments as they have great facilities for families - 2 separate bedrooms, washer, dryer and dishwasher. The outdoor pool is an amazing area, it looks so inviting. However, I have never felt a pool So cold. It is such a wasted opportunity to not solar heat it. I have left this feedback each time and nothing changes. It’s a real shame because even in a hot day the pool Is freezing so all of the guests are crammed in to the indoor pool. There is a real need for extra street lighting. Walking between friends cabins / sites after dark is dangerous , it’s really dark. Very minimal lighting

A great escape. We enjoy the outdoors and cabin accommodation. Recent upgrades of newly installed trail lights for when it gets dark, and lots of fun activities, including tennis, for kids and grown ups. Cafe is well priced. Outdoor and indoor pools for all ages.

Unit average, 4 persons 2 bedroom Utensils not enough for 4 persons a couple of people fir ants, would have to eat with hands. Unit needed outside spray ants in kitchen and bathroom every day for a week. Cleaning around indoor pool not up to scratch. Washing machines half out of order in laundry that I used. Security front and back gates non gates opened 90% of time. Overall maintenance not up to scratch. There are plenty of other parks much better maintained.

This complex has heaps of potential but it would probably take a bit of money. Considering the size of the park it probably needs another outdoor pool. An upgrade of the playground would help as would a water park. Our room could use some minor maintenance and it appears the rest of the park could too. For the cost of our stay however it was good value for the money.

We loved our stay at RACv Cobram. Never bored. Plenty to do day and evening. Pool in the day. Tennis under lights at night. Clean amenities. Grass camp sites. Fishing in the lake. Bbq areas. Lots of shade. Great for families and couples alike. We’ll be back!!

Definitely not like the premium RACV properties. More like a slightly above standard caravan park. The vilas are all portable poorly appointed and ordinarily decorated accommodations. The vilas are quite some distance from the facilities like the pool and jumping pillows so lots of people bought their bikes. The cafe is ok for the price. But closes at 5 o’clock and Office very basic foods like burgers, egg and bacon rolls, coffee. But the standard is quite reminiscent of a road side Diner. The staff were friendly and helpful, without fault. The pool was actually really very good. The games room also has a number of activities. Consider it a very good caravan park rather than the typical RACV properties like Torquay or Inverloch. Nothing a few 10’s of million dollars can’t fix.

Room was beautiful and clean with everything working. Pool was lovely and refreshing.

Probably the best caravan park I've been to as the spaces are really large, clean, concreted with nice grass. Additionally, the management and staff are also excellent !!! We stayed there for a week and it is clean, well managed, plenty to do. The shops and river are a few minutes drive away. Around the river is excellent with huge sand bar banks and great riding places. Happy hour for the kids was also cool !!

This place is huge with so much room. Great for families and groups camping together! Absolutely delightful lady at reception, super friendly. Immaculate amenities with heating, what a bonus during the cold winter months. Highly recommend.

I usually take a few nights to get used to a new bed but the bed was very comfortable and I slept very well from the very first night. I was also happy with that there were enough hangers for our 5d-4n stay and that there was a good hair-dryer. The heated lap pool was also great!

Pool area was good - clean and spacious. Reasonable range of activities / facilities, however, Games Room seemed a bit lacking, particularly for kids when compared to other RACV resorts. Useful fitness equipment around perimeter walk. Jumping pillow and tennis courts good. Due to poor mobile reception, the absence of wifi in the cabins was restricting. Also, the on-site cafe seemed a bit restricted. Overall, however, it was fairly good.

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed at Club Cobram. This time it was for 5 nights. The reason being the accommodation, the price and the facilities are the best we have stayed at in all of our holidays. Love the distance between the next unit, the indoor heated pool, the gym, outdoor pool. Plenty of walking. Very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend Club Cobram for your holiday destination or a short overnight stay.
