Rod 'N' Reel Resort Reviews

I had four major issues with this resort. First, due to ongoing renovations, the parking area was distant from the check-in location. Second, there is a non-refundable $20 charge per night which is called a “resort fee” (presumably helping to pay for renovations!). Third, I found the host staff indifferent, cold, and uncaring. No helpful information was offered, one had to ask about every detail. Finally, when my wife became ill on the first night of a two-night reservation, and we requested to cancel our second night, the manager denied us ANY refund, despite the fact that ******* had approved the refund. I will certainly NOT be going back to Rod ‘N’ Reel!!!
