This has been a bit of good and bad. The hotel is nice and clean, has a great pool, great food but the drinks on the all inclusive could be better, charging 8-10 € for a cocktail is way too expensive for being in turkey. The staff were kind of helpful but it was a struggle communicating at times due to language barriers. I found this hotel catered more for the Germans. Don’t book your trips in the hotel, they are much cheaper for the same trip outside. The hammam was a great experience, I had the Turkish bath and sports massage twice in the same week, the only issue is that people were able to just freely use the Turkish bath which really made me feel uncomfortable. There should be a booking system in place for those who do not pay for a package! Please please please for the love of god, do not use the hairdresser, he has butchered my hair!! It’s all different lengths, uneven and not straight at all! It’s ruined!!! my hair was halfway down my back before going to this hotel, since getting home I have had to get my hair fixed and have now lost a lot of length in my hair, I am really not happy about this at all, he did tint my eyebrows and lashes which was fine. I couldn’t even complain about my hair because he had gone by the time I realised after going back to my room. Then we left early the next morning so I’ve taken the lesson. My hair had to be the worst experience of the whole week, other than that it was an ok holiday. It was very quiet and I enjoyed most days, but due to the experience with my hair, the hotel catering more for the Germans, and the lack of communication I would likely not return.

Just came back from visiting this hotel our 1st time in turkey and it didn’t disappoint! The staff was friendly and social able! The animation team was amazing! We will miss them! Very good with all ages my youngest who was 8 up to us adults…. Activities put on day and night. There was a shuttle bus to the beach every 10 minutes although the walk to the beach is only 10 minutes. food and drink available at the beach all included with the all inclusive. We did find the food a bit repetitive however my daughter is coeliac and they were amazing at supplying her with alternative foods however a lot off food naturally gluten free her favourite was the freshly cooked omelettes in the morning! The only negative is cocktails wasn’t included in the all inclusive you had to pay. Our rooms (we had 2) were big and the cleaners were amazing at cleaning it daily as well as giving us fresh towels daily! We Would love to return to this hotel!!!

10 out of 10. The staff treats us like family, the a**osphere suits both couples and family, the cost for our 10 days holiday was great and the best bit, it did not compromise the service, food or standards. Staff was only too happy to get us the best local price in food and Taxi(which is close to the entrance). And for night activities to accommodate adults, they have offered a special VIP luxury bus that brings you from club to club and you get escorted personally by the staff at the resort for a small fee. The staff is more than happy to accompany you personally to other clubs of your choice. It was refreshing to have so many English speaking staffs who after a few meets knows exactly what you want and naturally make a fussy over meeting all our individual as well as group needs, ensuring that from the youngest (aka Jamal) to the oldest enjoying themselves. To all the staff that make our experience memorable at the Sun and Fun smart Voxx Resort, we just want to say Thanks to Ba**an, Angel (yes these are actually names of the staff that's on their ID), Omer and I can only remember his nickname call AKA Owl, also Savas. Kaan, Loralie, Ozan. The Management Team, The Receptionist, The Chef that keep on giving me extra food the staff that Ensure I have a constant supply of drinks and tea. 24/7 reception & security, wheelchair friendly, spa, Unisex Hair Salon, English speaking staff, free Wi-Fi mostly throughout the compound. We have to give shots out to our rep Jimmy

Well what can I say. Amazingly stay !! Not sure what the negative posts are about on here. The hotel rooms and public areas were immaculate. The entertainment was great. The food was great. Lots of choice and can eat through our the days with meals, snacks, etc. Will defo be back

I've been in this hotel the first week of november, I was the only italian guest (great thing for me), the guests are principally germans and russians. The hotel is very good, close to the beach (5 minutes walk) and if you don't wanna walk there is a free hotel bus every 10 minutes. The food is VERY tasty, there are like 5 - 6 spots where you can eat during all day :) The staff is super kind, I had a problem charging my pc (cable don't enter in turkish spots) and the borrowed me (for free) the correct cable all week. The rooms are good for what you pay, I eas alone and I had 4 beds. I will return here for sure!!
