Comfort Inn Atlanta Airport Reviews

The woman on duty that night we revived was great. I made the reservation for the wrong date and she was able to have rooms for us. You need to change your message from Hampton Inn and have someone acknowledge your calls. We had to take a taxi as we never saw the airport shuttle …never was informed it ran every half hour, etc. It would have been nice if the shuttle driver in am….who was VERY nice and helpful didn’t have on a radio station noting his politics and slamming “ignorant white folks”

Ms April really made my stay very comfortable and convenient. The breakfast was amazing and truly enjoyed my stay . Thanks Ms April for your Hospitality…..

I didn't like it and the other 2 people who accompanied me didn't like it, the reason was that during the stay in my case they only cleaned the room one day, and the other 2 people didn't even clean the rooms one day

The place overall wasn’t horrific. However, everything about was just barely, if at all, satisfactory. The customer service, the cleanliness and comfort level, the continental breakfast, general spaces and accommodations were all subpar. The overall hotel was dated and could use some modifications. Although I wasn’t expecting The Ritz-Carlton, I’ve stayed at plenty of other Comfort Inns around the country and have been much more pleased. We kept finding random insects in our room, never received any room service, had to beg at random times throughout our stay for fresh towels and endured constant smells everywhere throughout the hotel (smoke, coffee, ect). Would recommend only for a quick trip and as a last resort!!!

Close to the airport. What i didn't like people was going in and out of a room and keep banging the doors after 3am Loud talking 3 to 5 am

Could not get over the smell of this hotel. Down the hallways, and in the room. No one was very friendly either. One word replies and bare minimum check in.

We had to stay at the last minute when we missed our connection. The room was clean and the stay would have been fine except for the insane amount of smoking happening in the hotel. We ran the fan constantly which helped some after a few hours but we were only there 5 hours anyways and barely slept. The staff said the smokers would be fined several hundred dollars but took no action in the moment. I guess it will take a fire started by a smoker for them to enforce the policy. We'll never stay at a Comfort Inn again.

this hotel doesn't have shuttle bus. I spent $55 taxi charge between hotel and airport in and out only for 1.3 miles. A bad choice.

Needed a last min hotel. Booking was super easy and stress free. Gentlemen at the desk was super awesome.

This property is extremely unclean and unkept. The first room I was given had two roaches in the bathroom. I requested a second room. No roaches but unclean. I would never recommend to anyone. As a matter of fact, I will warn against.

Good hotel!! Need to work on fixing some of the amenities they announce, but overall a good hotel.

The bathroom had no fan and electrical plug did not work. Had to do my hair without a mirror by bedside/TV.

Shuttle transportation to airport very convenient and grateful. Animals (barking) in the facility and could use an upgrade.

This is going to be my go to airport when I fly into Atlanta. It is basically on the Airport. Convenient 2min drive to drop off rental car. There is a gas station nearby for the last fill. There is a hot breakfast and a lovely sitting area that is open day and night. I was very happy to stay at this hotel. I had no complaints but my main appreciation was for the location, condition and price.
